Stayed for work. I booked one night first but I had to book one more night. Had to book two different room types because of the property's availability, which is fine. But on check in, the staff didn't even acknowledge the booking of two different room types and just issued the keys to me for the smaller room for entire two nights without even communicating this to me. Didn't even give me the option to room move for the second night at first. I don't need discount because the hotel has the right to receive the money and the booking came with a non cancellable term. But assuming that I'll just understand even without being told of the arrangement? After being presented the room keys, I asked if the staff is aware of my two different room type bookings. I didn't even ask for a discount nor a compensation but the first thing the staff mentions they can't give the money back? I didn't even ask for it. At least say sorry you overbooked or explain the situation and tell me I need to change rooms after the first night.
The property is nice overall, good room design but definitely not the staff.
