Ulasan Meander Hostel

Great hostel - we took a dorm room with shared bathroom which had 3 showers, 3 toilets and large sink area which was very clean with powerful hot showers. Lots of information around the hostel about things to do, and also hostel led trips. We did the bike city tour which was nice, seeing the mountains and cycling along the river. Large kitchen and communal area with sociable guests when we stayed. Towels cost $50(TWD) each to rent which I think is common for hostels here. Free storage area available if coming back to the hostel later in the trip, or $100 per day if not staying again. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, night market etc. Would recommend!

The staff helped me upgrade my room and check in a little earlier than my check in time. Love the a**osphere of the place as well.

A very chill hostel where you can make friends with a lot of foreigners. I met an American who is from Seattle who shares a lot of his personal stories with me.

So good hostel, with nice lobby, very nice staff with free tours every week ! Clean, calm, with free coffee and tea !

Close to the ximen district. The hostel is great, the dorms are spacious enough, the shared space too. The kitchen is well equipped.

About a 10 min walk to the closest subway station but right in the Ximen area. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Common areas are pretty cozy. I’d stay here again

Hostel rooms are a little older and more worn down compared to the pictures but overall you get what you see. Location is also convenient if you want to be near Ximen. Just a 7-10 min walk to the nearest metro station and many bus options. Staff was super nice and great place to meet people if you want too (many hangout in the lobby area). The only negative is the noise level and thinnest of walls. I stayed on floor 2 (above floor 1 aka ground level) and it got loud in the evenings with people coming in/out or just chatting downstairs.

It is very safe for single girl traveller. The location is good, basically near the ximen station. The water is hot during winter and the bed is clean.
