Anywhere you go on the Philippines expect to get great service. This place was no exception. From the moment our Grab car parked, an attendant came and took our bags right away. They always have someone opening the door for you and greeting you. Check in is on the 5th floor and not on the bottom floor with which we are used to. The room was clean but you can tell it needs an update. Some floor tiles in the bathroom had chips and the toilet seat was wobbly. We ordered room service our last night so we could pack and the food was amazing for the price point. I would definitely stay here again because it is so close to shops and restaurants and again the service is wonderful!

I had a great stay at F1 Hotel in BGC! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and fast. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walking distance to BGC High Street, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The food was also a highlight—delicious and with good variety. Overall, F1 Hotel is a good choice for anyone visiting BGC.

The room was okay, but the decor is very outdated. The iron was terrible — completely unusable for ironing clothes. As a business traveler, that’s really important to me. I ended up spending an hour just to iron my clothes. The water pressure in the shower was very low, and there was barely any hot water. The breakfast had very limited options. For a room that costs over 700, I don’t think it’s good value for money.

Hotel location is good but the hotel needs a spruce up, toilet doors laminate are falling apart, shower taps leaking, only one toilet roll provided, wifi is bad and only for 3 devices max (once log in, cannot change to another device) . breakfast area, nobody pay attention to new customers who require cutlery on an empty table, sugar, salt and pepper not on every table, etc. At least the staff are friendly

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

The location of this hotel is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. However, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was just okay, but my allergic rhinitis was triggered by the beddings, which was quite unpleasant. Service: The service was poor and seemed biased. It felt like you only received good service if you were a foreigner or a balikbayan. Additionally, the hotel staff appeared to prioritize guests driving MPVs or SUVs by giving them better parking slots, leaving those with smaller city cars like hatchbacks with less favorable options. Facility: The facilities were just okay, but the elevator was particularly subpar and unreliable. Room: The only positive aspect of my stay was the size of the room, which was impressively large. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless its location and room size are your top priorities.

From the sublime to the ridiculous  1. Lifts - for an attendant to see people waiting and usher in an arriving guest and close the door before others enter - poor 2. Caesar Salad - a disgrace - three lettuce leaves and some stale bread and charge 800php - when told about this a smart hotel would give a refund and apologise - in this case we will inform the chef - better to send him back to school  3. Check out - poor - I had to change my plans and informed them in advance would leave one day early and come back Sunday - result - they and trip.com kept the extra day and the. Will charge me a new charge for the next stay - ridiculous 4. Concierge - barring the incident about one of the team was excellent and deserves full praise for their attention to detail and service  In short can do a lot better for the price and as for trip.com inflexibility - you can keep the money and lose the customer - no issue won’t be booking again via you there are other sites more flexible and understand how to serve a customer better
