The next morning, room service broke into the room twice without saying hello. When someone was found in the room, they did not say sorry. They acted like nothing was wrong and pushed to check out. It's entirely because I can finish the work early and rush you by intruding. The first time he opened the door and broke in was before nine o'clock, which was outrageous, and the second time was at ten-thirty. The hotel's stipulated check-out time is 11 noon... It's really rude to urge you in this way before the time. When you left, the room service staff looked at you with a straight face (the room service staff is a black lady), which was very rude and rude! The front desk is also very rude. They refuse to give me a water bill or anything else they ask for. They just push back and forth. The eggs for breakfast were stinky. I don’t know how many days they had been there before they were eaten. The milk was gone and it was new. A very bad stay experience. No wonder Hilton is almost closed in China. Compared with Marriott Group, it is really far behind."

"The hotel was better than we expected. We first walked in to a beautiful hotel and were immediately greeted by the staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful In the lobby area there is plenty of comfortable seating and an area with tables there’s a food area in the lobby and there’s a pool table near the entrance of the bar. The bar’s decor was very nice and there was also an outdoor area which leads to the walking trail The indoor pool area was very clean and nice. They have towels available and a bathroom in the pool area. The pool was at a perfect temperature we enjoyed the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable the hotel is conveniently located to anything that you might like. Besides the walking trail that overlooks the harbor. Destiny mall is only a couple blocks away. It is close to other shops and eateries the highways are close as well as gas stations and downtown. I highly recommend going there for any kind of stay business or leisure. I can’t wait to go back."
