Shuttle service is very good here! You can go to 3 miles from the hotel anytime.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to downtown and 15-20 mins walk to Syracuse University Campus. The purpose of my trip was to help my daughter settle in to her dorm at Syracuse University. Hotel room was clean and spacious, I particularly like the floor of the bathroom. Should provide bottled water though.

There was no hot water for showering on the night of check-in, and the front desk did not inform us in advance.

房間廁所和洗澡都小，隔音極差，隔壁刷牙都能聽見！窗外噪音也大，靠馬路邊上，住了三天一次沒有房間打掃，提出了問題就給了新的床單和澡巾讓我們自己換，服務極差，早餐是點單式套餐，就一個人服務，非常慢、還上錯單！總之沒有住過這麼差的酒店，還價格這麼高，實在是太差！
