While the foyer was lovely, the floor we stayed on seen much better days (old carpet, paint missing and emergency doors held open with towels).
In the room, the beds sagged and there was an obvious and sizeable patch near the bed headboard that was covered in a film of dust. It obviously had not been vacuumed in some time.
While the staff were excellent, I paid more so that my family could stay at the Novotel rather than the Ibis next door. Had I known the property quality I would have booked at the ibis instead.

The room was dusty. For example..thick dust around the light switch in the bathroom and around the door frame of entrance. Weird old smell in the hallway. It was weird having a shared facilities in the pullman hotel opposite from novotel for additional cost. Also, that ibis is connected to novotel. Just a weird experience. The sprinkler and ventilator/ aircon had cobwebs. And the shower water gets all over the as the shower door has a small gap for water to get out.
