Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang nyaman dan selera desain yang kuat. Sangat nyaman untuk mengisi daya ponsel. Tidak memerlukan adaptor. Ini sangat menyentuh. Relatif ekonomis dalam investasi layanan. Tidak banyak orang dan itu adalah santai. Anda harus menelepon untuk meminta sendok teh dan sandal. Merekomendasikan hotel untuk makan malam. Sandwichnya besar dan roti di atasnya enak, tapi tidak ada yang istimewa.

Lokasi sangat bagus, dengan Hyde Park, museum dan pusat perbelanjaan di dekatnya, hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki. Fasilitas di dalam kamar juga sangat canggih (hotel yang baru dibangun), dengan saklar sentuh dan perlengkapan mandi. Satu-satunya masalah adalah tanda hotelnya tidak terlihat jelas dan jalannya merupakan jalan satu arah, jadi saya tidak sengaja melewatkannya.

Beberapa kamarnya biasa saja, dan beberapa tidak ada penjelasan untuk pilar besar yang tidak terduga di dalamnya. Yang terpenting staf front desk hanya memiliki satu pria Asia berwajah cepat yang sopan, satu lagi gadis bule yang normal. , dan yang lainnya berwajah Asia setiap hari. Melihat wajah para tamu Asia yang berhutang budi padanya, dia tersenyum pada orang kulit putih. PR saya dan suami saya melakukan perjalanan kembali ke Australia dan menginap selama total 13 malam. Dari hari pertama mereka tidak membuka pintu, ke meja depan, hingga tidak membersihkan, dan hanya setengah dari seprai yang tersebar kamar hotel baru yang baru buka setahun yang lalu, semuanya kosong sama sekali. Itu debunya, lantainya tidak pernah dibersihkan, bahkan lantainya pun tidak dibersihkan sampai saya dapat tip setiap hari dibersihkan setiap hari. Hanya ada susu botol kecil di minibar, dan ada 2 botol air di hari pertama check-in, dan setelah itu tidak akan pernah diisi ulang! Saya ingin mengisi ulang kotak wastafel, tetapi saya tidak ingat sudah berapa hari tanpanya. Saya benar-benar tidak mengerti. Saya telah tinggal di banyak hotel di seluruh dunia, dan yang ini pasti satu-satunya yang kebersihannya buruk sehingga masih belum dibersihkan! Juga, saya ingin mengingatkan semua orang bahwa jika Anda menyimpan barang bawaan di hotel ini, biayanya 50 dolar/hari. Ya, benar. Kami menginap selama 9 malam dan ingin menyimpan barang bawaan kami selama beberapa hari, lalu kembali lagi menginap selama 4 malam lagi. **Meja depan secara lisan menyebutkan bahwa penyimpanan bagasi tidak gratis $50/hari. Tidak ada aturan yang jelas, dan pengelolanya tidak dipanggil. Wah, sungguh membuka mata! Di dekatnya juga terdapat pemadam kebakaran yang bertugas 24 jam sehari, sehingga polusi suara bisa dibayangkan. Selain lokasinya yang nyaman, selebihnya jelek banget! Apalagi pintunya beratnya 80 kilogram dan suami saya harus mengerahkan seluruh tenaga untuk mendorongnya hingga terbuka. Wah, aman sekali bagi seorang wanita lajang untuk masuk dan keluar. Alarm tiba-tiba berbunyi di malam hari, dan semua orang akan turun ke bawah. Setelah setengah jam, alarm akan berbunyi tanpa penjelasan apa pun. Gelas minum di dalam kamar tidak akan pernah tergantikan setelah digunakan. Jika ditutup dengan selembar kertas, akan bertahan selama tiga hari. Setiap orang harus berhati-hati!

Beautiful room with amazing location. Nice and clean! The only cons would be outside noise, because the hotel is located at the center of Sydney.

Location is wonderful, which was the only good thing about our stay. The room was not clean enough, there was too much dust on the sink and small shelves and even the bed was not clean enough when we entered the room. I don't know if their cleaning service is outsourced or not, we believed we are framed by the cleaner, they come after we checked out and poured the coffee on the bed for charging more money on my card. I been charged for replacement of the bed cover on the next day we checked out without be noticed any details, even no tax invoice was sent to my email. I needed to call and argued with the hotel, finally I got my money back but it really annoyed and frustrated me. I had a really bad experience with this stay, we didn't even get an apology. we won’t be back anymore.

The room needs an award please , one of the most amazing interior and simple thing like water hotness hand level cleverly design u could adjust it at high precision. 100% Smart Control on a tablet and one full body length resting chair in room and a sofa like seat at shoe changing area . I will never stay anywhere else in Sydney ever again

Good area n best spots during the Anzac Day !

It was absolutely an amazing place to stay for the first time. Service was excellent and staff was very helpful. The location is very convenient to access everything you need. The coffee downstairs is the best of all the coffee I have had in Sydney, really disappointed that I only found it out in the last minute.

Great location just 8 mins away from Quay and Opera House, 3 mins walk away to CDB and the St. Marry Cathedral.

There are a lot of things to like about The Porterhouse. The hotel was newly renovated. It’s a modern property with good technology- eg there is one in room tablet that controls everything. TV. Aircon. Do not disturb etc etc. In room housekeeping was done well- everyday we returned to a clean and tidied room. Bed well made and fresh towels. There was one day the cleaner forgot to empty one bin. But that was minor. Inclusive a la carte bfast was also tasty. Service can be a bit slow, food can take a while to come out when the bfast room is full, but we expected that and no issue to us. If there is one minor thing that can be improved upon- I’d suggest pls clean your open area carpets and corridors more frequently. Our floor’s corridor wasn’t cleaned for 4-5 days in a row (there was a cotton bud outside our room on the carpet for 5 days and it wasn’t picked up. Hence we knew no one was cleaning the carpet there). The 3rd floor corridor does start to smell stale/mouldy becos it wasn’t cleaned frequently.

The room is very spacious - shower and toilet is separate, bed is big, lots of space to put your lugggage. Location is great, right next to Hyde Park and close to the train/metro/bus stations. Walking distance to lots of food options. It’s pretty clean but the housekeeping doesn’t clean super thoroughly so it can get a bit dusty/dirty sometimes. Not a big deal unless you’re very particular. Would recommend!

My stay at The Porter House Hotel was largely a positive experience! The hotel boasts a nice and new interior design, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. While breakfast came at an additional cost, it was definitely worth it for the good taste. I also appreciated the convenience of having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room, and the daily room cleaning service was excellent. We did encounter a minor issue when the electricity in our room went off due to a burnt-out light bulb. Although this unexpected interruption lasted for about an hour, the staff were incredibly nice and responsive, arriving promptly to fix the problem. Their quick action minimized the disturbance. Overall, despite the small electrical blip, I had a good stay and would recommend The Porter House Hotel for its modern amenities and attentive service.
