Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

Hotel facilities are a bit old, the basics are all Japanese, the front desk service is very poor, we arrived at about 2:30, the Japanese who arrived at the same time were led in batches, we also checked in, but did not give the key , said check in the specified time is 3 points, only 3 points to give, and later to the theory before giving 10 minutes earlier. Obviously different treatment! However, it is necessary to specify that the door-to-door driver and the baggage master serve the first-class bar. They smile and face each other, and they greet each other with a big compliment. The front desk should really learn from them! The surrounding towns can be said to be nowhere to go, not recommended. It is better to have a horse hot spring and Yufuyuan!

I booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good.

First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me willing to stay here again in the future. The price is cheap, but the location is relatively biased. There is a problem with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees of Check-in and Check-out are not good in English and need to use online translation. However, because they are still afraid of communicating with foreigners, they can flash and flash, and the hotel facilities are not explained. I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will book a ”Random Room” in the future, and I don't feel that the room is better for spending more money), they may want to help me line up, so I gave me two triple rooms, but I won't say it when I check-in. I only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking which one of us was going to live for two people. (It doesn't matter at all, the hotel didn't move the extra beds, ask me why this?) There is also a remote nearby, you can consider ordering dinner, but the front desk will not explain when you check-in. At first, I asked us whether we wanted to eat Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian food, we told us that Italian food can only be 2 people, Japanese food 3 people. Later, I asked if I could not eat together? She called again to confirm that she could eat Japanese food together. (I guess it is because the superior twin room can choose Italian food, but the standard triple room is not good. It may be written on the hotel's official website, but it is not written clearly on trip.com) This hotel is more biased towards leisure hotels, you can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., or you can ride an electric car to the lake for free. If you look at the dinner specifications of the hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below the level. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the sink of the bath, almost every one has hair inside, and the cleanliness needs to be strengthened. The management of breakfast is also problematic. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

During our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan. The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.

The location of the hotel is very central, and it belongs to the first-line lake view location. The hotel’s male bath is good, and the room area is super large, at least 40 square meters or more, so Ctrip's information is still not accurate enough. Then the lake view room is estimated to have a front lake view, and the ordinary Japanese-style room is also a side lake view. Because it is not a weekend, it is the lowest starting price, which is less than RMB 1,000, which is the starting price of 7,500 per night for two meals in the hotel. The meals are all buffet in the morning and evening. The varieties are indeed not high-end, and the prices are there, but there is a self-service sukiyaki pot for three months from December to February, and there is unlimited draft beer. This can be said to be fully worth the room rate. Next door Japan The uncle really drank eight glasses. It was my first time there. It was more than worth the price! The accommodation, bath, and food were all above our expectations. My family and I have been talking about how we really want to come back. However, when my children and I asked the staff where the vending machines were at night, they were cleaning up so it may have been difficult, but we were completely ignored right in front of us, which was a little sad. I would like to go back again if I listen carefully to the initial explanation. Other than that it was great.

Stay in the 105 pine green of the pine wind, and there is a small open-air hot spring bath in the room. You can choose two bathrobes to wear in the store, and the bathrobe colors are very good. The dinner was very rich, but the cold dishes were a bit too much, which was a bit difficult for the Chinese to adapt. There are two public hot spring baths, men and women will exchange in the morning and evening, and the open-air hot springs on the first floor are particularly cool at night.

There was a smell of smoke in the aisle. The buffet food in the restaurant was very general. The ingredients could be improved. It should be better. In addition to the seat location, there is free parking, dinner, breakfast, 24-hour coffee, free bicycle borrowing, not bad.
