TTamuFantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel.
Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast.
Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

TThé au laitVery nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice.
Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out.
Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

TTamuThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan.
We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

TTamuOverall very pleased with the trip / accommodations. There was some hesitancy to ”work with me” because I booked thru a third-party site; ultimately they did get me in the room a little earlier than the schedule check-in time, but would not allow me to cancel the last day because my flight was the day earlier (so I paid for a full day stay that I wasn't even there!) The location was perfect amount of walking distance to transportation, to eating / shopping / site seeing, Old Town and THE BEACH!!

TTamuSorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night.
Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often.
I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.
