Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Nice

Hôtel avec parking, roof top sympa, tout est très bien sauf peut être l’insonorisation des chambres. Demandez absolument la chambre loin des escalier et de l’ascenseur (sinon bruit des passages).

Great location very close to the beach, with a great view of the sea. Compared to other hotels, the service here is very poor. Always a 5+ person queue at the reception, and very slow service for even things like beach towels. The first two mornings here, the cleaning staff let themselves into the room at 8am whilst shouting “housekeeping!” Not a nice way to wake up whilst on a relaxing holiday. The following days placed the do not disturb sign to prevent it, and then room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had to call on an evening to request it. No water refills despite 30+ degree weather outside. Had to request this. Not the level of service that would be expected when booking a suite and paying well over £1000 per night.

Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

Overall very pleased with the trip / accommodations. There was some hesitancy to ”work with me” because I booked thru a third-party site; ultimately they did get me in the room a little earlier than the schedule check-in time, but would not allow me to cancel the last day because my flight was the day earlier (so I paid for a full day stay that I wasn't even there!) The location was perfect amount of walking distance to transportation, to eating / shopping / site seeing, Old Town and THE BEACH!!

Sorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night. Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often. I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.
