Hotel Dekat Pantai di Nice

Очень хорошее расположение от отеля. Близко к центральной площади. Брали номер с балконом по размерам отличный номер. Ванная по размерам тоже хорошая. Есть в номере кофеварка, можно сделать чай и кофе. На рецепшене тоже стоит кофемашина, можно сделать кофе и чай . И набрать питьевой воды. Есть конфеты и лимонад. Завтрак очень хороший. Перед тем как бронировать читала , что многих не устраивает звукоизоляция. Рядом с нами занят был только один номер и было слышно через стену как хлопает дверь и разговаривают, но все улеглись после 22:00-23:00, так что мы нормально спали. И на этот случай в номере есть беруши.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

Saya punya beberapa hari luang dan segera memutuskan untuk menghabiskannya di Prancis Selatan. Sudah bertahun-tahun saya tidak ke sana, saatnya untuk mengejar ketinggalan. Dan itu adalah waktu yang luar biasa, hotel ini berlokasi sangat sempurna, hanya beberapa menit dari pantai, restoran, dan jalan-jalan perbelanjaan utama. Ketika saya juga meluangkan waktu untuk singgah ke Monte Carlo, Cannes, dan Grasse, ternyata Gare de Ville, stasiun kereta api utama, juga hanya berjarak sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki. Benar-benar luar biasa, tidak perlu taksi, Uber, atau apa pun, semuanya bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Kamar-kamar di hotel ini tidak selalu ber***a terkini dan bisa dibilang agak usang, tetapi yang saya butuhkan hanyalah tempat tidur yang bagus dan bersih, dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman untuk istirahat malam yang nyenyak. Kamar mandinya memiliki semua perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan seperti pengering rambut, dan yang lebih penting, pancuran air panas yang baik. Tak perlu dikatakan lagi, tim di hotel ini ramah, membantu, dan selalu tersenyum kepada Anda. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, dan saya pasti akan mencoba untuk kembali ke sana lagi saat berada di Nice lain kali!

Overall the standard isn’t up to 4 star hotel, so if you’re looking for a properly-functioning one, I wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly, the hotel staffs are nice- all three I’ve encountered are super helpful and friendly. So credit to them 😊 However, the hotel itself really needs some WORK. 1, The room does not look as the one I ordered online- it looks rather small, despite the fact that I booked the double comfortable room with spacious view in the advertising picture. 2, the Center heating system smells like TOILET. I turned it on because it’s still march and sometimes the room got chilly at night. And guess what, I often smell the toilet 🚽 air here and there …… it really disgusted me. 3, also please note to fix the TV. As shown in the picture, there’s no signal and since it was the last morning I stayed, I didn’t bother asking anyone to check but the screen would turn green. The location is super convenient so I had the chance to take trains to many tourism attractions and wineries, but if you’re looking for a place with nice amenities that at least function well, it isn’t your best option.

Wonderful location facing the sea. The staff were kind and friendly. Effort was made to make our room look lovely as it was our wedding anniversary. I would definitely stay again. An added bonus is that there is a bus stop a couple of 100 yards from the hotel entrance that means you can take an easy ride to and from the airport.

I would recommend this hotel to stay in Nice despite the fact it's quite far from the city center. Close to the tram stop though (5 minutes on foot). Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A full sense of comfort and convenience inside the hotel. Good WiFi quality.

After exiting the train station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to get there, and the location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly. I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.
