TTamuGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows:
1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

TTamuRoom is small for a family of three. No space to turn after rolling out the sofa bed. Smaller than expected, room size is 29sqm on website. Not expect to service charge for housekeeping, like asking for spoons or adapter to room. Guests need Need to collect them in person at counters at free. Wonder if it is a four star hotel. But in general Staff is nice and the location is superb.

TTamuSaya punya beberapa hari luang dan segera memutuskan untuk menghabiskannya di Prancis Selatan. Sudah bertahun-tahun saya tidak ke sana, saatnya untuk mengejar ketinggalan. Dan itu adalah waktu yang luar biasa, hotel ini berlokasi sangat sempurna, hanya beberapa menit dari pantai, restoran, dan jalan-jalan perbelanjaan utama. Ketika saya juga meluangkan waktu untuk singgah ke Monte Carlo, Cannes, dan Grasse, ternyata Gare de Ville, stasiun kereta api utama, juga hanya berjarak sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki. Benar-benar luar biasa, tidak perlu taksi, Uber, atau apa pun, semuanya bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki.
Kamar-kamar di hotel ini tidak selalu ber***a terkini dan bisa dibilang agak usang, tetapi yang saya butuhkan hanyalah tempat tidur yang bagus dan bersih, dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman untuk istirahat malam yang nyenyak. Kamar mandinya memiliki semua perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan seperti pengering rambut, dan yang lebih penting, pancuran air panas yang baik.
Tak perlu dikatakan lagi, tim di hotel ini ramah, membantu, dan selalu tersenyum kepada Anda. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, dan saya pasti akan mencoba untuk kembali ke sana lagi saat berada di Nice lain kali!

XXenTravellerGreat location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

Spacious room compared to other hotels in Nice, service & equipment are quite Good(fitness, sauna, rooftop & pool). It is not the best of 4 star hotels, you can have a better hôtel for sure, but then it would be a different price though.
Tramway is in front the hôtel and you are in less than 7minutes in the centre. I would recommend it for a short stay in Nice, for those looking for a good deal and not a luxurious fancy stay.

TTamuSorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night.
Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often.
I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.
