The hotel service is super good, worthy of the Hilton brand. Every staff member is polite and kind. We upgraded the sea view room for free. The swimming pool felt cold on the first day. After reporting it, maintenance was immediately sent to deal with it and care about our health. The room allows two adults and two children to stay, which is still very affordable and humane.
