When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.
