The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. They gave us christmas gift. The service always clean our room. However, I am not comfortable with the pillows they have and it is quite hard. The breakfast has not much western food to offer. Te he locayion is not that convinient no fastfood store or starbucks near to this place. But all in all it was fine

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Suzhou. The staff were very kind and polite, and they listened carefully to my poor Chinese. It's very close, just two subway stops from Suzhou Station on Line 2, and from the underground you can easily access supermarkets and department stores where you can eat out. You can also take the subway to tourist attractions such as Shantang Street, Pingjiang Road, Liuyuan, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the landmark Suzhou Center. In addition, in the unlikely event of an emergency, there is a level 3 hospital relatively nearby, so you can rest assured.

The room is clean and tidy overall. The observation deck on the first floor can see the Pants Building. There is a refrigerator with two bottles of drinks.
