We spend one night at the hotel and liked it a lot. Very nice traditional chinese elements in their design, good and well known local Suzhou restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel (even a lot of non hotel guests would go to enjoy the local food here). Nicely located at the lake, whereas also being very close to the city center with the huge, new, luxury shopping mall in walking distance. The hotel has a little garden itself in which you can walk around. Rooms are specious and well designed. Service is attentive as well.

First, my parents said that the hotel is easy to operate, unlike some hotels that are designed very advanced, but it is inconvenient and unfriendly for the elderly to use, but here, they find it very convenient to use. Second, my parents were also very satisfied with the breakfast. One of them ordered a wonton set meal and the other ordered a noodle set meal, and they thought they were both very good. Third, my parents' room was running low on water, so they went to the front desk to get some. Xiao Liu was very polite and gave them a bag and told them they could just call the housekeeping department to have it delivered. In addition, the scenery outside the hotel is also very nice in this season. After breakfast in the morning, you can take a casual walk and see the beautiful spring scenery. In short, if I come to Suzhou now, I will consider staying here again.

The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean.
