Convenient for the work I do at the Dulwich schools nearby. Not any English spoken but we get by fine with some translation apps and good nature. I'm not a fan of showing on the door that I don't want my room cleaned for sustainability reasons and it being cleaned anyway so I had to give a reminder on this. It is a friendly place, decent breakfast and comfortable rooms :)

Their image is professional and decent, and their clothes are neat and generous, which left an excellent first impression. The first front desk lady named Tian, ​​who left a deep impression on me, was very polite when I checked out. She gave us parking tickets and water, as well as souvenirs. When I opened them, I found that they were their special tea bags, which were very fragrant. The environment of the front desk was in the style of Suzhou gardens, with a bookish atmosphere, very warm and comfortable, neat and orderly. It brought a perfect end to my trip to Suzhou.

The hotel is by the lake, the night view is beautiful, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, I didn't know how to use the treadmill, and someone came up to guide me at 6 o'clock in the morning (later found out that it was the staff responsible for making coffee in the restaurant), the buffet breakfast has a rich variety, there is a staff, a short girl (forgot to see the brand name), the whole process is enthusiastic and proactive service, very good, next time I will stay. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.
