Hotel Suzhou Suzhou Industrial Park

As always the Mercure hotel is such a wonderful hotel to stay at. I have visited the hotel a few times and I always have a wonderful stay. Staff are so friendly. The breakfast is great and much enjoyable. Rooms are warm and the lighting is great when it is time to get ready.

I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

The hotel is new and its design is modern with great smell. Staffs were friendly and offered assistance all the time even some of them couldn't speak English, really appreciate it. Room was so clean, bed and pillows are soft and support sleeping very well. Breakfast were assortment of foods and delicious. I personally loved hotel environment with peaceful and calm vibe. Facilities were hygiene, especially swimming pool. The closest metro is about 300-500 m. far which is not an issue for me.

During the Qingming Festival holiday, housing supply in Suzhou city was particularly tight. After searching for a long time, I finally found that Marriott's Fairfield Inn & Suites had opened a hotel near Jinji Lake, which mainly had family rooms, so I came with my parents. First of all, it is a new hotel, very clean and beautiful. The hotel lobby is on the top floor, the 25th floor. The receptionist, Ms. Zhao, was very kind. Since I brought two elderly people over 70 years old with me, Ms. Zhao took extra care of us and gave us a welcome fruit plate. Due to the holiday, there were a lot of guests staying in the hotel, so some problems took some time to solve, but every question was answered, and the hardware standards of Marriott were at least there, so the overall stay was very pleasant. Because the hotel is located in the new district, the surrounding city scenery is beautiful and it is convenient to order takeout. Kowloon Broadway and Shin Kong Place are just 1 km away, so transportation is quite convenient. There is also a microwave next to the hotel reception, which is really convenient. Overall very satisfied, will definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou next time

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

It’s a good place if you are looking for nothing fancy and need to spend 2 nights in a comfy bed. The subway is close by as well as plenty of places to eat.

Came here for Guangliang's concert. The hotel is a little way from the stadium, not very close. The hotel is surrounded by a circle of high-rise buildings under construction. There is no noise at night and it doesn't affect sleeping. There is a business district nearby, which takes more than 10 minutes to ride. There are many restaurants and no shortage of food and drinks.

The room is quite good, with a bathtub, a shower, a TV, central air conditioning, toothbrushes and slippers for children, and toys for children. There is tea in the reception lobby, chess and go in the lobby, and people playing the piano and drinking tea in the evening. The overall environment is good. You can hear birds singing in the morning. Parking is also very convenient. The hotel is in a park, and there are basically no cars on Saturdays and Sundays. It is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station and a half-hour subway ride to the Humble Administrator's Garden. The overall transportation is quite convenient.

Very clean, next to Jinji Lake, you can also see the lake view, the price is very cost-effective. I will come again if I have something to do in Suzhou

The hotel is located on the bank of Jinjihu lake. At night the area around it is very lively with lots of restaurants from Chinese, Japanese, western to Indian food. So you won't go hungry there. You can also take a ferry ride around the lake or to go to the other side where there is one of the biggest mall in Suzhou. At the same time if you are an avid jogger/runner, you may go encircle the lake by foot. I checked there are plenty of things to see and do just around the lake. The hotel is new, clean and we stayed in premium family room which is very spacious. It fits a king bed and a large-single bed plus sofa area where I did my yoga exercise (they provide yoga mat too). My mom is going there again this May cos she loved it there.
