Good hotel, clean and tidy.

The location is extremely convenient to anywhere in suzhou and it’s just next to pingjiang street and the humble administrators garden and the suzhou museum. Many shops around and also within walking distance to the famous food snack restaurants. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly too. They helped recomend nice places to eat and gave us directions to the places we wanted to visit. They also upgraded our room. Very pleasant stay. The room is clean and nice too with all the necessary amenities which is of high quality. They also have a laundry room and a rooftop attic to dry your clothes.

Good location less than 1mins walk to pingjianglu, staff friendly and helpful , great service

The staff was a little indifferent at first but eventually warmed up a bit. There is no parking at the hotel, it also have unnecessary steps leading to the elevator, a tripping hazard for older folks. My biggest complaint is that the hotel couldn’t produce an extra room key for their guests, which they said other customer had also complained. Need to listen to customers and resolve this fairly basis service.

每年都來蘇州，到了以後必定是住這個酒店，乾淨 衞生， 地理位置超級好，幾步路就到平江路，周圍很多好吃的， 每次來前台小姐姐態度很好很好，各種細心的解決小問題，這次帶孩子來，馬上送來了枕頭浴巾毛巾 牙刷 拖鞋， 長得也很可愛好看，很喜慶的感覺，一看就很舒服，前台選的不錯很有親和力～

酒店的服務人員態度親切友善，無論是前台接待還是客房清潔，酒店位於景區中心，交通便利，周邊有很多餐廳遊玩區，無論是遊覽城市還是購物休閑，都非常方便。酒店的房間和公共區域都非常整潔乾淨，讓人一進門就感到舒適。床單、毛巾等都經過精心清洗，浴室用品也品質上乘。考慮到其提供的優質服務和設施，性價比還是非常高的。我們覺得這是一次非常值得的住宿經歷。酒店的安全措施做得非常好，有門禁系統、監控攝像頭等設施保障客人的安全。我們還注意到酒店員工非常注重細節，會及時檢查房間內的安全隱患並及時處理。酒店還會根據客人的需求和興趣，為我們推薦一些附近的景點和活動。這些個性化的建議讓我們在旅行中有了更豐富的體驗。 總的來説，這家酒店是一家非常優秀的酒店，無論是從硬件設施到軟件服務，都表現出色。強烈推薦給其他旅行者！

房間不錯呀，面積不大太小，精緻小巧。窗户明亮，透氣性不錯。 洗澡水也熱和，出水量也足！ 服務熱情❤温馨。 關鍵是地理位置非常好，景點就在周邊，太方便了，又沒離景點太緊，非常合適，買東西，吃飯，逛景點，都太合適了！贊。 非常推薦哈。

這次春節行，帶着孩子長者一起出行，這家酒店距離景點都不遠，獅子林走走也就幾分鐘，附近還有熱鬧的街市，晚上出來散散步逛逛吃吃都很方便，對於長者孩子很友好。套房不算太大，也夠了。乾濕分離這點很好，洗澡和上廁所可以同時進行，不耽誤，衞生方面每天都有房屋清掃。 不足之處：距離街市馬路太近，隔音確實不太好，雖然窗户有兩層玻璃，但是外面那層卡死了關不上，晚上要11點多才能清凈。另外這間套房就在電梯旁邊，來來往往走廊説話的聲音也聽的一清二楚，對於聲音敏感或者覺輕的，不太友好。

訂了兩間，長者住大床房，相對安靜一些。標間迎接，各種車子的聲音。房間打掃不乾淨，地上和衞生間都有頭髮。原本沒有太大期待，地理位置非常好，去平江路，觀前街，拙政園，東園都很方便。下午入住剛休息一會，服務員打掃其他房間，三個人敞着門大聲喧嘩，肆意大笑。晚上其他房間洗澡，衞生間流水聲大到把人吵醒。

位置好，交通方便，去掘政院，平江路非常方便，吃的很多，離酒店很近。新年住了三天體驗很好，服務態度很好，東西落酒店了，保潔阿姨拾金不昧，前台服務態度非常貼心，給個大大的贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
