dinner next door was a bit crap so 4/5 but great customer service in the hotel, breakfast and dessert were fine :) the actual hotel is quite attractive to the eye too from the outside. to be honest, it’s a very standard premier inn. rooms have tvs, wifi is a bit slow but that’s expected from a hotel tbh

fantastic service as soon we enter the building very warm welcome with big smile.gentleman help with our luggage to room.room was spotless and the bed was very comfy.hotel offer free parking haveing plenty of parking space.breakfast was good as well.we will definitely book again when we are in town.

More than we expected for price paid. Very happy with whole experience from booking ; checking in ; room and checking out.

Very old tired scruffy old style Premier Inn, very disappointed that it hasn’t been updated. No air conditioning, absolutely roasting in our room, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t wait to leave.

The hotel was nice, exactly what I would expect from a Premier Inn, but the car park was very noisy at night with what appeared to be deliveries or men offloading stuff from vans. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Beefeater) was good. Lots of space both indoors and out in the huge gardens, but they struggled with accommodating me with my gluten allergy which was a little disconcerting. Staff need to be fully trained in these areas. I had to complain on three occasions about the food, not something that I like doing.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn Croydon South and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. This lovely hotel stands out for its exceptional customer service and comfortable accommodations.Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive to all my needs throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcome and well-cared .

free parking and I was just about able to park a Luton van. Room was clean, very small bathroom but huge floor space. Plug sockets hanging out next to bed. No lift. Noisy rooms - could hear heavy snoring all night, could hear other peoples tvs etc. Receptionist in the evening forgot to do the breakfast booking so had that surprise in morning. Took a while to sort with the morning reception team but got there in the end. Staff at breakfast really good, friendly. Food was good although weirdly it was placed high up for the cooked buffet, couldn’t quite see. A child definitely wouldn’t be able to see.

This hotel is in a good location and very comfortable - staff are sometimes good, sometimes not so good - ignoring that, excellent value

The location is peaceful and beautiful. Rooms clean and neat. Friendly staff. Breakfast was disappointing and not value for money.

Hotel typical of its type. Clean and comfortable. Price OK Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant is a Beefeater some 100 yards away. We used it for dinner one night of our four night stay. We had breakfast on three days but on the fourth day we were told as we hadn´t reserved, we couldn´t get breakfast. The person greeting us on the last day was unfriendly and told us we could take up our complaints with the hotel.

My third stay at the Premier Inn Croydon South was once again a pleasant experience, with the hotel consistently delivering quality and comfort.The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with essentials. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay.The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Only stayed one night but it was easy to checkin, a spacious room and clean bathroom, super-comfortable bed and great breakfast. Better than I expected for the price too!
