Staf yang ramah. Lokasi yang bagus. Ruangan bersih. Dekat dengan toko-toko dan restoran.

Lokasi luar biasa, mudah ditemukan terletak tepat di sebelah stasiun Sutton. Kamar dan seluruh hotel baru saja direnovasi. Ruangan itu sangat bersih, seperti area sarapan. Danielle, pada penerimaan sangat ramah seperti semua staf dan tamu yang kami temui. Saya akan merekomendasikan dan akan tinggal lagi.

Sulit untuk menemukan pintu masuk tempat parkir, dan hanya ada beberapa tempat parkir yang disediakan untuk para tamu. Dikatakan £ 8 untuk 24 jam, tetapi ternyata tidak seperti batas waktu yang ditetapkan pada jam 1 siang setiap hari, bagi mereka yang tiba di malam hari tidak akan memiliki waktu 24 jam untuk parkir. Yang lebih buruk adalah bahwa saya diberitahu oleh staf resepsi bahwa saya harus membayar £ 8 lagi jika saya keluar dan masuk lagi dalam waktu 24 jam, itu tidak adil. Dia menyarankan saya untuk tidak mengendarai mobil saya karena tempat parkir tidak dijamin. Staf penerimaan mengatakan kepada saya bahwa saya harus mengunduh APPS untuk pembayaran tempat parkir. Setelah berdiri di depan konter penerimaan selama setengah jam untuk mencoba membayar melalui Aplikasi, saya kemudian meminta staf untuk membantu, mereka kemudian menyadari beberapa masalah dengan Aplikasi dan memberi tahu kami bahwa kami dapat membayar langsung di konter. Saya akan sangat menghargai jika mereka memberi tahu kami cara yang begitu mudah sehingga kami tidak perlu membuang banyak waktu.

Pretty decent hotel, nice location, easy access to the Sutton high street. Couple of things which can be improved are the mattress quality. I did not enjoy sleeping on that. It was sinking in the middle even though they had the mattress protector, and sometimes the bathroom would have a weird smell. Other than that a pleasant experience.

The location is good: close to Sutton railway station and bus stop to Heathrow. The service is also good as they help to change room quickly when there is some water leakage in the scheduled room.

It was confusing finding the entrance to the property, there's no parking in front of the hotel except 7pm to 7am zone, and the parking lot behind the hotel only has parking bays 12 to 27 and only 10mins free parking before you get charged or find with cctv camera - there's no disability parking and private parking is £15 for 24hrs, display your ticket but if you leave and return later, your parking is still valid but only if you can find an available space as you are not allocated a specific parking bay, even though you paid £15 for up to 24hrs. Ludicrous!. I asked the hotel staff if I could book undercover parking that the hotel has, they said it was not suitable for someone with disabilities and mobility issues as no lift from the carpark and a long walk with stairs. If you don't have a vehicle then the location is good as the Sutton rail station and buses are short walking distance. It's got a restaurant/bar onsite, open until 10pm. Food was nice.

Breakfast and rooms were nice however basic, really what you would expect for the money as was good value. The rooms were clean however the hot water in the shower was rather cold. Room service/daily clean is to a basic standard. Staff are very friendly.

I stayed a night at Ibis Sutton, checked in quite late but it went smoothly. The room was clean and had a good view with floor to ceiling windows. The amenities include shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea with a kettle, hair dryer. It would be perfect if they give water bottles. I would definitely come back.

Very convenient location and beautiful room! I will definitely come back to this hotel. Also a big thank you to the lady from Sri Lanka at the front desk, absolutely lovely and very helpful!

Room is clean, nice staff. Very close to Sutton railway station which is around 1 hour train from London central area. Supermarkets and restaurants are available nearby either.

quite far from London CityCentre, good breakfast. poor on wifi connection.

The rooms are modern and basic and have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sutton. Comfortable bed and pillows Clean rooms with air con Nice bathroom with excellent shower Staff were helpful and polite Only issue was being woken by the very keen cleaning staff on the dot of check out time, after I’d arranged a later checkout with the reception team the night before. Otherwise, it was good.
