Very disappointed. Booked through a (the) biggest online booking app which gives it an 8.6/10, 'fabulous' review score. Where to start? We arrived by hire car and expected a parking space as the advert said parking available; it isn't unless you arrive very early or late. We parked on a street a quarter of a mile away and dragged our luggage. The aircon barely worked. The wardrobe fitted three hangers due to it being about nine inches deep, yet continued with comedy shelves up to the ceiling at what? 8ft high? Great views from enormous windows on two walls but the curtains didn't cover them and were so this they might as well not have been there. The room was bathed in searing bright sunlight from dawn. Add to that one curtain hanging half off. Advertised as free WiFi. Yes, there is free WiFi but only on the lower floors and lobby. We were on 3rd floor of seven (?) and couldn't pick up a signal. (Galaxy S21 Ultra and iPhone 11). Breakfast included but it's a very lame buffet with cold scrambled egg, cold sausages, a bit of fruit, muesli, cheese, bread etc. Fruit juices are really watered down cheap squash. No coffee available for half our stay because the coffee machine was broken. I asked at reception where we could get coffee, I was answered with a shrug and "it's broken". There's no safe in the room. There's no plug in the sink. There's no bottle opener nor corkscrew. Every so often there's a bubbling sound from the shower drain and a great puff of sewer stench comes through! On the plus side it was clean and spacious.... My recommendation though is to avoid it.
