Highly recommend for short or long stay in GC! A really nice and cute apartment in Surfers with own kitchen, lounge and balcony! Room is spacious and clean! Only thing is the water pressure of the shower is weak and the sauna room is not working. Location is perfect, very convenient, got everything you need around, only 2min walk to the beach!

It was the accommodation I have ever stayed on the coast. I have been travelling to the Gold Coast two to three times a year for thirty years. I have never been so disappointed in where I stayed. Please take this off your site. The room was nothing like the pictures. I am contacting the office of fair trading to pursue a full refund.

The seas view is unbeatable . But can be cleaner .. reception closed early . Location very central and 3 min to surfer paradise . Reception was friendly though

The hotel is in a BRILLIANT location. The room was not as advertised. It was dirty and some of the windows had so much build-up on them they wouldn't open. There was what looked like gravy on the roof above the kitchen bench. I wouldn't stay here again based on the cleanliness of the room. The pools were good and the heated one was nice to have access to due to the rainy weather had on our stay. Service was okay.

Loved our stay although cleanliness was not the best. The room was a great size I could nearly live here, beds were comfortable and great location

I’ve stayed here twice now once in a studio and once in a 1 bedroom apartment (in hopes that it would be cleaner) but both of those are quite dirty with cockroaches. Doesn’t feel like anyone has deep cleaned that place in years but the prices are okay because it’s quite central but this place needs to be renovated! Check-in and staff was nice!

Great place to stay. Minor annoying things, air con in the bedroom was not blowing cold at all. And then the one in the loungeroom you couldn’t change or even turn off as the sensor is broken on the front for the remote. Curtains in the bedroom aren’t wide enough for the window so you’re awake at the crack of dawn each day. I would stay again as it’s a nice area & the view is great.

Will definitely book Beachcomber again upon next visit to Surfers Paradise, love the convenient location.

Stayed on the 18th floor room was beautiful amazing views, clean as could be. Extra bed added with no worries nice pool area not to flash but 300m walk to beach right in the heart of Surfers Paradise highly recommend staying here as we will be again on our next visit for sure 10/10 easily given beautiful ❤️❤️

Various cleaning issues with the property, cockroaches, broke taps, mouldy air con, filthy couch, something sprayed stains walls, the list goes on…

Only stay One night, but will be back. Great place, great views, great location

Hotel room did not appear as the photos, structure of room very dated with mould in bathroom. Bed was two singles pushed together to look like a double bed and were very uncomfortable with a very thin blanket and no extra blanket. Room advertised King bed!
