Good hotel for a night. It is in the middle of downtown and convenient to visit the market at night or a few temples around. I would recommend it for a short stay. Receptionist was helpful and decent English as well.

Location was okay. But if you expect the service, it may not be what you expect

Cheap and clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location and near many places of interest. Nice view of the city at the rooftop opening area.

Lovely modern rooms, really comfy beds and nice clean bathrooms. Our favourite hotel so far of our backpacking trip and really good value for money.

Positive: Good location near the city center. Very easy to access to main attractions, pier and foods. Nice and more to modern hotel compare to another local hotels in the town. As Thai, B2 is the list that I always choose but for this branch there are many things to improve. Negative: cleanliness of the room is the worst B2 that I ever stay. Bedsheets dirty, mold in the shower seems like they never deep clean. Hair even in the minibar. Feedback pass to staffs to improve significantly. Staffs service could be nicer but compare to the tier as budget hotel. I can rank them to 4/5. However, my only 1 night here. I asked for more pillows and they said we are out of stock and then done.

I am in this city regularly every week and about a month ago I stayed at this hotel for the first time and the first problem was parking. Private parking but no staff to monitor the situation so I had to manage on my own and improvise. This time I booked the best room in the hotel like last time and upon arrival at the hotel, in addition to another problem with parking, I was also greeted by a literally hostile reception staff who, in my opinion, have no idea what a professional approach and a smile on their face are. One of the receptionists treated my wife like a street dog and there was no sign of any respect on her face. My wife tried to solve the problem of parking our car with the hotel manager by phone, even though we did not agree to have our car parked opposite the hotel in another building where it was not under our supervision but that road didn't lead anywhere either. In the end, I got into a verbal argument with the hotel manager, who treated me unprofessionally and very aggressively, and decided to leave the hotel immediately. We will never return here again and we will not just ignore what happened to us yesterday and will deal with the hotel owner directly!

We found cockroaches and lots of ants in a room. The room smells quite not clean. Staff didn’t have service mind and didn’t care about clients. We asked to have more pillows but the front desk told us that the housekeeper gone home and cannot provide which is unpleasant because guests may come anytime at the hotel and service should be available all day.

Good service and good room, It's like my own home because I stay there every week.

Very central, easy check in and out, helpful front desk staff and friendly happy room staff, will stay again, I like!
