Hotel Summit

Poor accommodation facility and they charge for everything single thing including water, tea, coffee, bathroom also dirty, phone not working so they provided mobile number to call. Ac making sound, ac performance was also poor. Towels provided were thin and old. Better to try ginger hotel at this rate.

The hotel is extremely under-prepared and poorly managed i had to move out of the hotel 1 day prior to actual checkout

The location of this hotel is good, it is easily accessible by bus or auto. It takes 25 mins to reach there from both surat railway station and airport. It is especially convenient for those who have to attend any exam at tics ion digital zone unn since it is just across the road from the hotel. It has a restaurant right below serving decent food. The walls of the hotel room were a bit damaged due to seepage. Except for this, the room was cleaned and well maintained. Basically amenities like towel, soap, shampoo, blanket were provided. Room service is available but there was no phone in my room for ordering.

Room is very bad and not clean. Full of mosquitoes in the night, totally uncomfortable to stay.

Food and safety is good. Room hygiene is not good as per price.
