Awesome location but not the traffic. Clean and nice ambience even though the main lobby is on the second floor - up the carpark. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Harris Hotel and staff. Keep up the good work. Cons- hotel room floors should do a makeover. Can hear the popping whenever you are walking around in the room.

This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over).

Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. This location is in a more industrial neighbourhood with very few things around it if you’re staying here because you want to be close to the airport, there really is Here’s a tidier version of the hotel review: The hotel is a bit out of the way, so be prepared to either take a taxi deeper into the city or bring supplies back with you. There’s a bakery on the first floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and the hotel has its own kitchen and bar. The fifth-floor bar is pleasant, with live music, but unfortunately, my food experience wasn’t great. When my order arrived, it was clear the food had been microwaved, and the chicken was completely raw. Although they kindly remade the dish, I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. The rice was cold and dry, and the Katsu dish, with just a few spoonfuls of curry sauce, was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to book a hospital appointment for acid reflux. Overall, it’s fine for a short business stay, but not ideal for a longer visit due to the location and food quality issues.

The room was clean and nice, However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day. Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

Ok for short stay, customer service go beyond & above as they called up & checking if you’re staying comfortable and room condition after few moment checked in the room. Received and cake & tea as complimentary from the hotel as well. The only problem is the bathroom didn’t have the floor separator, cause water leaked everywhere every-time after shower. Breakfast has lots variety and good taste. Overall is a good stay.

the room is clean, the AC is cold, the soundproofing of the room is not good, the towels seem to be quite old and it's time to replace them. breakfast is normal like a 3 star hotel. There is a sofa bed too. A suitable hotel for business travelers
