Perfect place downtown, clean bathroom, a bit of stain on the sheets, a bit of problem on the tv sometimes, free water can refill anytime, got coffee and tea sachet but its only 1, can feel the spring at the side of the bed

The hotel is not very cozy, a lot of fuss, you don't want to come back here. The bed is big and comfortable, but the room is dark and the shower is uncomfortable. Also, I was the first day in the country and was late for an event, I asked the hotel staff to help me call a cab, I didn't get any help, I had to walk in the rain to another place in an unfamiliar city, as a result I was an hour late. The location of the rooms is inconvenient, when I tried to leave the hotel I got lost and ended up in some service kitchen. The hotel looks beautiful in the picture, but if I ever find myself in Surabaya again, I will stay somewhere else.

Very bad experience I booked one room with double bed but they give me 2 small single bed's Room was so small and very poor condition floor was broken and bathroom have bad smell Air-conditioning system was so bad can't adjust to maximize temperature my 8 year old daughter get sick because of that my room number was 321 bad bad bad very bad

Room very hot during the afternoon from the sun cannot open the curtain during daytime. We requested for non smoking rooms but no rooms available, staff didn’t reconfirm that they assign us in smoking floor. Avoid this hotel.

The Hotek was well located behind Tungunan Mall. About 5-7mins walk. Opp is a nice coffee place and there’s also a foodcourt at hotel lobby. Room started to age but aircon is cold thou. Good pricing

Very bad hotel, not recommended for anyone with sanity to stay there because it’s too small, no fresh air and dirty
