My uncle had stayed here on 21st april,at night time some burglars came though balcony door in their 2nd floor room and stole goods worth lacs,not a safe property to stay.They didnt even have cctv in all areas,avoid staying there,luckily my uncle didnt get up else there may have been some injuries as well,avoid staying here

Mr Ram Thakur was extremely humble and polite. He was a good host . 1. Extremely clean and hygienic place to stay enroute Kasol. 2. Good and quick service at hotel. 3. Spacious and clean washrooms. 4. Clean hotel rooms with clean amenities. 5. Good parking space. 6. Reasonable rates of hotel room. If you want to stay for a night enroute Kasol this is the place to stay.

I would highly recommend Hotel Panchwati as a stopover place if you are looking for a break on your way to ***ali. The hotel is wonderful, the staff extremely professional and give you a great experience even if you are stopping for an hour or for a night. The chefs in this hotel know how to make their clients happy. Do not worry about the taste, you will have a great time.

Stayed here for overnight halt enroute chandigarh from ***ali in first week of February. Located just before bilaspur town. Good road side location. 1) staff and reception : polite helpfull. 2) rooms: we stayed in family room which had 2 double bed rooms and can accomodate 2 floor beds. Rooms were clean. But maintainence is lacking. Only the road facing part of hotel seems to be well maintained. 3) had only one heater for family room. In cold himachal weather it may get inadequate some times. 4) no views from room at all. Can't think of sitting in gallery and having a cup of tea. 5) Food was average at best. 6) we dealt with the hotel directly and got good rates. 7) hotel showed inability to get our car cleaned from outside , citing lack of ***power and water !!!. This gave a bad impression considering the location of hotel for tourist traveling in vehicles. Overall an average experience.
