"The hotel was established in 1950 and has a nostalgic feel. Google Maps says there is a 24-hour Yoshinoya across from the entrance to the "busiest area". The busiest area was not busy at all and many shops were closed. The hotel rooms are relatively large and well-lit. The breakfast is a traditional Japanese set meal. There are ample parking spaces and the lobby receptionist is polite."

"It is best to check the navigation route when walking to Avan Hotel from Sukumo Station. The parking lot under the elevated road will go around a long way. The hotel also provides a welcome drink upon check-in, which is very good. The hotel room is very quiet and clean, and the staff are very nice"
