Overall pretty comfortable and well updated in some areas. Did feel a bit dark and motel-ish despite the updates made.

Check in went smoothly and the young man was very nice. The yogurt, apples and coffee were good but the rest of the breakfast could use some help. The refrigerator froze our take out dinners solid as a rock. We almost fell backwards every time we sat at the desk chair. We did hear the were doing renovations as they have a new owner. They could use a new rug and the sink was stained. The walls were thin. The first night we heard a crying baby a few times and the mother kept screaming shut up over and over and then slamming the door. The next night a couple of young girls were running and yelling up and down the hall. Two doors were open so they were with a group. So it’s was a noisy weekend.

It wasn’t very clean. I found other people hair in the shower. The bed sheet had stains on them as well.

We enjoyed our stay. La Quinta was conveniently located, making it easy to get to old Sturbridge Village and the Salem cross Inn in Brookfield. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. We were checked in and out quickly and enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This was a great spot to land for just an overnight stay, The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the bed/pillows very comfortable. The rating of four for cleanliness was the tile grout in the bath/shower had some mold in the corners. Not a lot, but it should be removed.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and the lady that checked us in was very nice. We would def stay there again.

They put me next to the ice machine. I asked to be moved they moved me 2 doors down and I could still hear it. The carpet had just been cleaned, I couldn't walk on the floor without my feet getting soaked. THEN after a terrible night of listening to the ice machine...the alarm went off at 5am...

Enjoyed our stay, We just didnt know about no housekeeping while we were there. Extra coffee for the room and towels left outside the door would be helpful

No complaints about the room. Size was good. Breakfast had the usuals but could be inproved. Sufficient toiletries but felt that the washroom could do with some updating as my room had tearing wall paper, ceiling cracked and the shower water pressure was not sufficient for a good shower.

There is black mold in the shower. Pretty bad. That needs to be taken care of. Disappointed that you don't have daily clean and refresh.

Dirty tubs, hair still stuck to the sides, refridgerator freezer was fully iced over, no smoke alarm was pulled out of wall with wires hanging, was told the rate was 69 dollars when I got there was 110 and he couldnt give me the rate as i walked in, traied called for several days no answer and when I walked in he was on his personal phone and phone was ringing 5-6 times and he muted it, was only in town for a funeral stayed 2 nights and left and slept on a relatives floor was much better !!! Would never stay at this place again of another LAquinta, had better conditions when I was stationed overseas !!!

This property was ok. It wasn’t the cleanest or the most modern but overall ok. They need to update the bathroom tile,vents, and doors.
