A new and modern hotel, the luggage storage is so good with lockers, so we can store anything we want! the restaurant for breakfast is comfy but food are ok only. service are quite nice with helpful staff. location is perfect

Beautifully designed hotel, really great service and a particularly lovely inner courtyard for breakfast, a daytime coffee or an evening drink.

Nice breakfast, good location near the city center. Quiet even we lived at the street side (the street was not so busy ). Friendly service and acceptable cleanliness. Recommend it !

The hotel was beautiful, close to train station and to trolleys. Many lovely shops nearby. Close to and easily walkable to attractions. Front desk had umbrellas to lend for a rainy day. Beautiful modern design, Nespresso coffee in the rooms. Design was just to our taste - but a little sp**** for my Mom’s taste and the tub was tall to get in and out with no grab bar. My aunts initial room had a walk in shower - and this was the same room type booked for my Mom. There was no mention of tub or shower in the room booking choice. Two of the three rooms we were initially assigned has 3-4 steps from the hall to the room door. We were not advised of this by front desk and this was a struggle for the older ladies traveling with us to get bags into rooms. I booked three rooms at the same time - yet we were still situated on 3 different floors and 3 different wings - so we the young travelers - the only ones without steps to our room - did not even know the struggles the others had with luggage until later. Staff was accommodating- we had to have a room change due to unexpected steps. No bellman - but front desk staff assisted my elderly aunts with luggage during room change. Restaurant was not available one night due to a private event but we were able to order food from the smaller bar menu. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Staff was helpful with arranging taxis for our large group.

Oh my where do I begin. It was beyond my expectations. I think this is the best hotel in the old town Strasbourg hands down. The building, staff and the reception, the bar and breakfast area, the bed. The shower was amazing. Located in a historical building that is meticulously updated. In summary, the best in every aspect. *******, I am impressed. Thank you. Please continue to include boutique hotels like these in your portfolio.

Four star hotel with a five star experience. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, rooms clean with wonderful toiletries supplied. We noted in particular how quiet the room was when the windows were shut compared to outside on the busy street. Got a great night’s sleep here due to a combination of comfy beds, a quiet room and curtains that created darkness in the room. The hotel does have parking which is limited and was sadly sold out for our stay but there is a nearby parking garage which has very good security and is only a five minute walk away. You also receive a heavily discounted price through the hotel. The location is fabulous and the building is grand. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely love to stay again.

The staff were outstanding — friendly, courteous and attentive as well as knowledgeable. The hotel itself is lovely, with restaurant, bar, and lobby around an interieur courtyard incorporating old and modern architecture and offering comfortable cozy seating. The beds were a dream, and the breakfast buffet is worth 1 michelin star.All this in a great location, easy walking distance from the tramway, the Cathedral, Little France etc

From checking in to checking out everything was almost perfect. Nice area for storing your luggage while you can spend some more time in the city, simple and safe!
