The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful! It does get cold in the rooms but we asked for a heater and this was provided.

酒店就在火車站旁邊，步行2分鐘即達。到大多數景點也是步行半小時內可達，到市中心逛街也方便。酒店生意很好，上午退房的很多，下午入住的很多，我們中午到的，房間還沒有好，前台小帥哥先給我們登記了訊息，然後把行李寄存了。酒店早餐也不錯，一早就開始了。 總體來説，物有所值，值得推薦。

Likes: Great location; hotel friendly and helpful; excellent breakfast choices; room was spacious and clean. Had an issue with the room and staff immediately was responsive. Apologized for the inconvenience and gave us two 75 Krona discount coupons to use at the hotel restaurant. Dislikes: One reason for selecting the hotel was ot had a pool. Upon check-in, we were advised there was a charge for using the pool i.e. $40 per day on the weekend and $20 per day during the week. This was not mentioned in the ******* listing. As a result and high cost, we didn't use the pool. The shower in the room is very difficult to get in and out of. Consequently would not recommend the room for handicapped and/or elderly as there is the likelihood of slipping or falling. Overall the hotel is a good one.

Lower floors seems not renovated and rooms are little bit shabby. SPA and roof pool on 8th floor are fantastic as well as breakfast.

Perfect location, close to central train station and bus terminal. Buses, metro and tram nearby. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast.

Convenient location to central station and shopping and restaurant area (Drottninggatan). Still too busy elevator during dinner and breakfast time. There are parkings at basement floor, but please be cautious that they are operated by city parking, not by hotel.

Convenient location to Arlanda express platform at central station. Close to drottninggatan (shopping and restaurant area). Staffs are friendly but sometimes too busy. Facilities are clean and neat. Elevators are too busy in check in check out time and durin peak hours for breakfast. You need to prepare to use stairways during those hours. They have a good restaurant at lobby floor.
