Quite big room. Close to train station and mall. Easy to get to center. Make sure you have the entry code which is given prior to arrival.

Great value. With supermarket and transportation terminals nearby.

設施：記得提前護照註冊，才能拿到大門及房間密碼，沒人在現場辦check in 附近就是火車站，走路5分鐘，進城3個站到市中心 衞生：很乾凈 環境：周圍是居民區，挺安全

房間比想象的大，而且離火車站和商場很近，入住的密碼也會手機郵箱都發，不過如果在房間吃飯要自己洗碗，但是這個價格在斯德哥爾摩已經挺值的了hhhh

Very positive experience! Were here for a couple of days, lovely apartment, very reasonable price! Especially love the keycode system and no reception, of course, if you like that sort of thing. The neighbourhood is clean, quiet and felt safe. The building is close to the Alvsjo station, so it's very easy to get where you want. And there is a grocery store next to the station! On a personal note: I like that it's not at the very center, but placed more out of main town - fewer people, the transport's less busy and it's just quieter. Overall, we were very pleased with this choice! Next time we're in Stockholm, we'll definitely consider staying here again!

I had a very weird experience at this hotel. On my 2nd day here, a man walked into my room without knocking. I just heard the keypad being typed into and then him walk in. I was in complete SHOCK. He told me that he was advised by the property managers this room was empty and the people staying in it already checked out. I told him I had 2 more nights here, I was completely confused and frankly, a bit scared. I'm a young solo female traveler and while I was clothed and just hanging around on my laptop, what if I was getting dressed or had just gotten out of the shower or something? So appalled. He told me that he was there as he had been asked to fix the chromecast on the tv? (nothing I ever asked for so must have been the last people who stayed there). He told me he can come back and do it later when I'm gone if I want - this man was not dressed in any kind of official clothing, I didn't really want him coming back into my room when I was out with all of my stuff there, so I told him to just fix it now, but I honestly felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I even took photos as proof that this happened cause honestly, I'm still shocked about it all. Anyway he eventually left and didn't come back to my room for the rest of the time I stayed there. The other weird experience I had with this hotel was that they emailed me the day before I was about to arrive trying to tell me I hadn't paid for the room. Firstly, I booked through a booking agency (Wotif) so for them to email me directly to ask for payment is odd to begin with, they went back and forth with me trying to say I hadn't paid, it was only when I contacted Wotif to contact the hotel that they finally stopped asking me for money and provided me with the access codes. Theres' something dodgy about this hotel..... I think it needs to be investigated if Im honest

The Location of the appartment is very convenient, few minutes from the train station which takes you to Central Stockholm within 10 minutes. Nearby surrounding is very clean, safe, with Coop and restaurants. The appartment itself was very clean, perfect for 2 nights. The only 2 negatives: very soft beds and extremely cold in the room. Seemed to us air -con was switched on 24/7- no button found for switching it off We used the radiator available in the closet, but did not help. I can not imagine staying in such a cold draught room for more than few nights. Would be great to turn off the fan at least for winter months.

I highly recommend this as its affordable for monthly stay with family.Its close to station and easy accessible to all needs like grocery, etc. Customer support team is excellent as they fix almost issue once addressed. Only one recommendation to ApartDirect is - It would have been better if the cleaning lady had a smiling face 😉. /Madhan

Very convenient location and good nice service apartment. Can be recommended for business as well as personal trip (single as well as with family). Good proactive staff and good facilities. Overall a very good and nice play to stay. Very close to train station, good connectivity to City Centre and beautiful green parks and forest areas near by for walks and jogging.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης ποτέ δεν απάντησε στα πολλαπλά αιτήματα κράτησης που στείλαμε με αποτέλεσμα να μείνουμε σε άλλο κατάλυμα. Είχαμε στειλει συνολικά 3 αιτήσεις κρατήσεις στο διάστημα ενός μήνα, ένα αίτημα από κάθε μέλος της παρέας και όλοι είχαμε την ίδια τυχη.
