Luar biasa! Meja depan memberikan upgrade gratis ke kamar. Diam! Ada sinar matahari! Ada beberapa restoran di lantai bawah, nyaman! Sarapannya kaya dan enak! Juga nyaman untuk naik taksi! Pintu keluar lainnya adalah Pusat Perbelanjaan Garden City. Layanan pengiriman robot.

This hotel is pretty new and clean. The staff is friendly. They provide bottled water for each room that's convenient for travelers. One problem we had was that the people next door for one night were so noisy but the staff was helpful to move us to a different room. The surrounding environment is ok.

It is a bit difficult to find the entrance of this hotel. I dropped off the taxi and need to walk around to find the entrance. For the advantage, the hotel reserve snack on the G/F, it is very kind arrangement.

The hotel is tidy and clear. Those staff are nice and welcome. Highly recommended

Good place to stay, near to park for walk, in front there is a good place to eat a good hamburger, have GYM, breakfast is good and the staff is helpful (some can speak English)

Great location with clean and comfortable rooms, just what you will expect from the Atour brand. The reception was very helpful to support us despite the language barrier.

Nice hotel for your stay in Shenzhen. The rum was big and comfy, the location was great (in proximity to many points of interest, including shopping malls and supermarkets, different metro lines, port and other facilities). The staff was outstanding and put sincere efforts to accommodate me and to help me to navigate during Corona time. Very pleasant experience overall!
