Hotelnya sangat bagus mengingat kami mendapat penawaran menarik dari trip.com. Hotelnya memenuhi semua kebutuhan kami. Kami diberi kamar yang lebih bagus dengan pemandangan kanal air dan sarapan gratis.

Hotelnya bagus sekali dan lokasinya juga sangat bagus

Nilai yang bagus, lokasi yang bagus, 10 menit jalan kaki ke stasiun metro, layanan pelanggan yang sangat baik, dan staf yang ramah. Tempat tidur yang nyaman dan banyak pilihan bantal, tidak ada keluhan, pelanggan yang senang, tim yang hebat.

Nice view and very clean and comfortable

I would recommend this hotel as excellent even for solo travellers. The crews are very kind and friendly.

Good place, good service, everything is clean  The buffet breakfast is average,  Overall everything is good  I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ayman at the reception for his hospitality and generosity.

The service staff is not good. They ask a lot of questions and then smile in a derogatory manner.

Nice clean hotel, decent breakfast.... Beware, construction noise is disturbing during the day.

overall fine, rooms were okay, bathroom a little rough but managable, showerhead was broken, as we were only there for two nights, it was not the end of the world. One major thing is help with luggage was non existent, I was with my disabled mother and both times there was more then enough people behind the reception to offer help with luggage and loading the taxi. example on the day we left there was about 5 people behind the reception laughing and pulling jokes between each other, thats fine but not professional, on top nobody even offered to help with luggge.

The location is very good with a nice view over the canal. Service is zero. No trolley at the entrance for luggage, no valet parking. Nice and cozy room, but TV always disconnects. Lack of stuffing and housekeeping have to call them 3 times to get slippers. The reception staff are nice. Breakfast is average. Little options. But myself so picky did jot like the quality at all. Would not take the breakfast again. Juice is laknour. Good for night stay Swimming pool is nice

2nd time in Dubai, area was recommended by a iran friend. Room was good for 1 pax , cheaper than nearby hotel. Walking to metro is about 6mins + but don’t walk during 40deg . Pool was not that big but ok. Staffs are friendly.
