酒店位於Loop區，安全係數比較高。 地理位置優越，緊臨芝加哥河，遊船很方便。去各個景點都很方便，無論去華麗一公里還是千禧公園 芝加哥藝術博物館都可步行。 酒店服務尚可，不主動提供洗漱用品，但可要求前台提供。 需要提醒各位：選擇房間的時候，建議選擇不帶早餐的房間。所謂的帶早餐衹是給你一張20美金的券，去一樓的餐廳用餐，但，20美金沒辦法吃到一頓稱心如意的早餐，還需要給小費税費。關鍵是：含早和不含早的差價差不多可以訂一間不帶早餐的房了。酒店給出的解釋是：含早的價格是可以讓客户在入住前幾小時隨時取消預訂，僅僅是給了你取消預訂的權利而已。這是唯一入住不愉快的一點，入住5晚，花了近6000元買了這個早餐。攜程提供的解決方案雖然是杯水車薪，但，出門在外心情好比較重要，也就作罷。希望攜程今後能在產品明細上寫清各條款，也希望評論能幫助大家～

The staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans. The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!

Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is ideally located—right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, so it’s within walking distance of world-class shopping, dining, and iconic Chicago landmarks like the John Hancock Center and Navy Pier. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I stayed in a city-view room, and the view of the Chicago skyline was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the bathroom was sleek and contemporary with high-end toiletries. Location: This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the best of Chicago. Not only are you close to Michigan Avenue's shopping and dining, but you're also a short walk from cultural attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Abit far from the subway/metro lines but taking the bus was convenient as well.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

Hilton Hotel adalah hotel yang sudah lama berdiri dengan sejarah lebih dari 150 tahun, memiliki ***a Amerika yang mulia dan kuno. Lokasinya sangat sentral. Namun, tidak ada bus antar-jemput ke dan dari bandara hotel Port charger USB di kamar tamu. Soket listriknya sudah tua dan tidak berguna. Ada lebih dari selusin yang tidak bisa digunakan untuk mendapatkan listrik. Saya minta layanan kamar selama setengah jam dan tidak ada orang di sana telepon, saya pergi ke lobi untuk mencari meja depan. Ketika ada banyak tamu yang check-in, petugas meja depan mengatakan dia tidak punya dan akan meminta bantuan staf layanan kamar kembali ke kamar tamu untuk menunggu. Alhasil, tidak ada staf yang datang sampai saya tidur. Menginap selama lima malam. Pada malam ketiga, manajer meja depan, seorang Jingran Tionghoa-Amerika, berbicara bahasa Inggris kepada saya, seorang anak laki-laki Hong Kong, dan tiba-tiba meminta untuk pindah kamar keesokan harinya. Jing pindah kamar sebelum jam 3 sore pada hari itu setelah menyelesaikan maraton. Kedua kalinya Setelah lari maraton di hari yang sama, saya tidak bisa mendapatkan kartu kamar untuk membuka pintu. Saya pergi ke lobi untuk menggantinya dan meminta pelayan untuk membantu membawa barang bawaan saya. Alhasil kami harus menunggu lagi, dan tidak ada petugas yang datang membantu, jadi kami pindah sendiri sambil menyeret dua tas besar. Saya sangat lelah malam itu sehingga saya makan malam di hotel, mandi dan tidur. Keesokan harinya saya membuka bagasi saya dan mencari uang tunai dan kartu kredit, tetapi saya memberi tahu staf kamar, dan dia kata satpam tersebut.Setelah beberapa saat, seorang satpam datang dan mengatakan bahwa mereka bisa memeriksa di kamar tamu tempat saya menginap sebelumnya.Setelah mencari, saya tidak menemukan apa pun yang tertinggal tidak ada video pengawasan di koridor di lantai, saya tidak dapat menemukan siapa yang memasuki kamar saya. Saya disuruh pergi ke kantor polisi terdekat untuk melaporkan kejadian tersebut. I've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday！

Good location! Very convenient to start the tour in the city. The curtains at the bed for privacy can be bigger. Safety wise, just try not to roam around after dark.
