MMianqiuweiba酒店位於Loop區，安全係數比較高。 地理位置優越，緊臨芝加哥河，遊船很方便。去各個景點都很方便，無論去華麗一公里還是千禧公園 芝加哥藝術博物館都可步行。 酒店服務尚可，不主動提供洗漱用品，但可要求前台提供。 需要提醒各位：選擇房間的時候，建議選擇不帶早餐的房間。所謂的帶早餐衹是給你一張20美金的券，去一樓的餐廳用餐，但，20美金沒辦法吃到一頓稱心如意的早餐，還需要給小費税費。關鍵是：含早和不含早的差價差不多可以訂一間不帶早餐的房了。酒店給出的解釋是：含早的價格是可以讓客户在入住前幾小時隨時取消預訂，僅僅是給了你取消預訂的權利而已。這是唯一入住不愉快的一點，入住5晚，花了近6000元買了這個早餐。攜程提供的解決方案雖然是杯水車薪，但，出門在外心情好比較重要，也就作罷。希望攜程今後能在產品明細上寫清各條款，也希望評論能幫助大家～

TTamuWe stayed at tons of Marriott properties around Chicago and this was in our top 3. Location is top in the heart of River North, there is another ”super fancy” Residence but at that location all the employees had attitude and it felt really weird. This is the best one. I felt like I could live here, the staff are all really capable, at one point my living room TV wasn't working (someone had plugged it in wrong) and they had a maintenance tech up there in less than 15 minutes. They also called to follow up and make sure I was taken care of, which really impressed me. Free breakfast is very good. The only ”note” I would say is that this is a building where you have to take 2 elevators to reach your rooms, one to the main lobby and then a second to the rooms. The ”close” button is normally in the same place in every elevator but in this one it's the ”Call for Help” button, so I accidentally reached the elevator techs who asked if I was trapped, haha. I ended up doing this a few times, so if you're an ”always press close button” person make sure you find the right button first!

TTamuThere was an unknown $200 fee that trip.com is not aware of that the hotel calls a ”resort fee”. This makes a good rate for staying in downtown Chicago very expensive. On the part of the hotel and possibly trip.com, this is deceptive. This fee is not published and there is no real alternative to paying it. We've stayed many times at this hotel for convenience to our convention which is held across the river. In mid-January, this has been a great choice.

Sehari sebelumnya, hotel di sebelahnya dengan harga yang sama mengalami tegangan yang tidak stabil saat pengering rambut dicolokkan. Harganya beberapa ratus RMB lebih mahal daripada hotel bintang lima yang sama. Ruangannya jauh lebih besar dan dilengkapi dengan oven microwave, kompor induksi, dan oven. Jika saya datang ke Chicago lagi, saya akan memilih Trump.

TTamuBe careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. TTamuThe room was super clean and spacious. Cleaning ladies were very nice. The girls at the front desk were super friendly, some guys not so much. If you want to cook in the room, you can request some cooking pots, but they were overused and scratched. Their free breakfast is decent. Very nice gym with a peloton bike. Overall, I think this is good option for longer time stay.
