Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Location is very good - closed to bus station and water bus. Staff were very helpful and nice. At the evening Palazzo looks amazing! It was building in the XV century, so it has special character and you can feel it in the air!

Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed.

The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.

Hotel Principe is truly one of the most convenient stays in Venice, located just a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station  — a great advantage in a city full of bridges and steps . The hotel offers two guest lifts, which makes moving around with luggage incredibly easy. The lounge area is spacious, beautifully decorated, and provides a warm, elegant welcome. One of the highlights is the direct access to the Venice canal right from within the hotel. You can relax and enjoy the charming view of boats gliding along the water — a quintessential Venetian experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall. We genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain its good standard, as we would love to return on our future visits to Venice.

Kamar tidak memiliki ruang untuk 2 tempat tidur individu, terlepas dari tempat tidur ganda kami adalah 2 tempat tidur individu yang direkatkan. Kamar kami adalah satu-satunya kamar yang kami lihat tanpa wallpaper, yang agak mengecewakan di ulang tahun ke-25 kami. Dengan senang hati kami pergi pada akhir pekan, jika tidak, akan menjadi TIDAK BESAR untuk membayar kamar dengan pemandangan dan mengetahui bahwa ada lokasi konstruksi di bawah jendela kami, pada hari Senin kebisingannya tidak tertahankan. Mengenai makanan, agak menyebalkan harus meminta staf untuk membawa kembali makanan sehingga saya bisa makan hanya karena mereka mulai berkemas 10 menit sebelum akhir waktu yang dijadwalkan (10:30). Di hotel bintang 4 itu adalah semacam kegagalan besar. Meskipun ada masalah kecil ini, kami menikmati masa tinggal kami di hotel Anda, ini hanya cara untuk membantu Anda meningkatkan tetapi kami akan menginap di sana lagi suatu hari kami memutuskan untuk kembali. Lokasinya luar biasa dan harganya wajar.

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

Overall, it's excellent value for money.
