Hotel dengan dengan Fasilitas Fitness & Gym di Venesia

This hotel is quite unusual architecture, we loved all the different spaces. When you go into the reception area, look up beautiful Murano glass circles light up the area. Just a short walk from the vaporetto stop. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds are super comfortable. Very quiet. There’s a cool bar/ terrace overlooking the Laguna -we enjoyed cocktails there a couple of evenings. The drinks are pricey though. Would highly recommend staying on murano for a few nights, go visit in Burano and other islands nearby, what a magical treat. We had stayed on Venice island for a few days, so it was nice to get away from the crowds. The hotel arranged a wooden boat water taxi to the airport, which was the highlight of my fabulous stay in Venice.

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

完美的小島，完美的酒店！房間風景美極了，可以看見寬廣的大河及對面的聖馬可廣場。早餐很豐富，很美味，裏面的工作人員都樂於助人，非常親切，總是面帶微笑，我丟了兩次東西，工作人員都幫我找到了，非常感謝！！前台工作人員都很棒，特別是前台經理Elia（中文念起來像愛你呀，非常有意思）總是能細心周到的幫助解決所有麻煩，讓客人可以無後顧之憂的安心度假，非常感謝！！在這裏可以放鬆度假休閑，還可以在這裏舉辦浪漫的婚禮，真是棒極了，七星服務，七星體驗👍👍

Apartemen berlayanan berjarak 10 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun. Ada banyak restoran di sekitar, termasuk restoran Cina dan supermarket Cina. Ada juga restoran pizza selebriti internet dengan begitu banyak orang yang mengantri sehingga sepertinya mereka melamar ke AS. Visa. Kamarnya bagus dan baru. Meja depan hotel sopan dan dapat memberikan informasi lokal yang diperlukan. Dia juga berinisiatif untuk mencetak tiket transportasi untuk kami secara gratis.

Lokasinya cukup bagus karena, sangat tenang dan aman di sekitar hotel, kami benar-benar berjalan sedikit, sangat menyenangkan, tetapi cukup jauh dari stasiun bus, agak sulit untuk pergi ke kota Venesia, selain itu, lokasinya bagus, mereka juga memiliki Lidl di dekat hotel. Dan staf hotel juga baik. Dan kamarnya sangat bagus! Dan sangat bersih! Sangat nyaman untuk menginap 😆 tetapi satu masalah adalah wastafel selalu bocor, jadi tidak mungkin air mengalir sepanjang waktu! Selain itu, sangat menyenangkan:) terima kasih banyak 😊
