TTamuThis hotel is quite unusual architecture, we loved all the different spaces. When you go into the reception area, look up beautiful Murano glass circles light up the area. Just a short walk from the vaporetto stop.
The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds are super comfortable. Very quiet.
There’s a cool bar/ terrace overlooking the Laguna -we enjoyed cocktails there a couple of evenings. The drinks are pricey though.
Would highly recommend staying on murano for a few nights, go visit in Burano and other islands nearby, what a magical treat. We had stayed on Venice island for a few days, so it was nice to get away from the crowds.
The hotel arranged a wooden boat water taxi to the airport, which was the highlight of my fabulous stay in Venice.

NNEIL-DEVONIt is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

MMaxenceLDisappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

Kamar bersih dan rapi, lokasi sangat nyaman, bersebelahan dengan stasiun kereta api dan di seberangnya, bukan di jalur utama pulau Venesia, tetapi sangat nyaman untuk mencapai pulau itu. Perlengkapan hotel sekali pakai hanya berupa topi mandi dan kapas penghapus riasan, Anda perlu membawa pasta gigi, sikat gigi, dan sandal sendiri. Tidak ada air gratis di hotel-hotel di Eropa. Ada supermarket Cina di seberang hotel dengan banyak produk dalam negeri. Restoran Cina di seberang hotel enak dan murah. Sarapan dikenakan biaya 10 euro per orang untuk dewasa dan anak-anak. Kekurangan: Kamar mandinya sangat kecil, dan orang yang lebih gemuk mungkin tidak bisa berbalik meskipun dia berdiri di dalamnya. Tampaknya ada sebuah bar tidak jauh di seberang jalan pada malam hari, yang sangat bising hingga tengah malam.

TTamuThe hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.
