Ssalvalasilvia The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters.

LLars Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training.
I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

TTamuLocation is superb, just across the train station and convenient to walk around the square where actions are happening on Saturday night. Breakfast spread is good, room is decent size with minimalist decor. Front desk was kind to loan me a universal adapter.

TTamuA great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

TTamuDas Hotelzimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Mir persönlich fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Kaffee/Teebereiter suf den Zimmern. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, obwohl das Poolwasser ziemlich kühl ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Mich persönlich hat jedoch die extrem abgenutzte Bestuhlung im Speisebereich erschreckt. Solch ein Bestuhlung dem Gast zuzumuten ist frech von der Geschäftsführung.
Das muss dringend abgeändert werden.

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.
