This is a good hotel for family or business trip, the location is good for shopping and dining place

It's rare to find hotels that just got out right. The Circus Hotel is one of them! From a ”red carpet” rolled out in the hallways in line with their theme, to a handwritten welcome card with Bulow candy (Yum!), pictograms next to the light buttons, and lights that go on automatically when entering the room and give you 30 seconds to find the key card holder. Well done team Circus! Chapeau!

Great hotel, good sized modern rooms only thing the tv’s doesn’t have a smart features. Only 1 out of 3 lifts are working so need to spend some time on waiting it and it’s get busy at some times. Breakfast 10/10 a lot of options for every kind. Great location. A lot of restaurants around, shopping, Christmas market. Public transport like Underground or buss stops few minutes walking distance

1. Kurang dari 15 menit jalan kaki ke kereta S-Bahn, termasuk rute bandara, ke dan dari bandara sekitar satu jam. Cara paling ekonomis untuk bepergian. Ya, ada akses lift untuk penggunaan barang bawaan, kereta dorong bayi, kursi roda, dan lain-lain. 2. Lokasi secara umum oke, menyukai lingkungan perumahan, cukup damai dan tenang. 3. Kamar secara keseluruhan, kebersihan memuaskan. TV pintar, radio jadul (CD, kaset) yang tidak keberatan jika musik jazz diputar sepanjang hari. Tempat tidur nyaman, bantal biasa saja. 4. Banyak soket listrik strategis tetapi tidak ramah pengguna, semuanya colokan lokal bulat, colokan pelancong internasional biasa tidak muat. Resepsionis akan meminjamkan tanpa keributan. 5. Keamanan bagus, akses lift melalui kunci kamar, CCTV dipasang, pintu lobi utama setelah jam kerja harus diakses dengan kunci kamar, 6. Staf resepsionis secara umum tampak serius, beberapa ramah dengan senyuman dan sapaan. Pria pembantu rumah tangga ramah. 7. Tekanan dan suhu pancuran sangat bagus, harus diarahkan sedikit ke dalam, jika tidak, air akan menyembur keluar dari bilik pancuran. 8. Terakhir, AC tidak berfungsi dan resepsionis mengatakan mungkin AC rusak dan dapat meminjamkan kipas angin tanpa biaya. Tidak meminta kipas angin, jendela saya dibiarkan terbuka sedikit saat berada di kamar karena cuaca masih bagus berkisar sekitar 10-20 derajat Celsius. Saya yakin musim panas tidak akan seideal itu.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

Es war alles wunderbar. Sehr nettes Personal, wunderschönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Jederzeit wieder!

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Hotel not at Mitte. Quite a distance away. Subway nearby so transport still ok. Food plenty around the area. Price reasonable. Near residential area, not much happening. Walkable to a shopping areas 15-20 mins. Room dated. No Aircon but heater available. Ground floor windows open to carpark so safety might be a concern. Breakfast reasonable.

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….
