The location is not very near city but with car or taxi it is easily access to anywhere. What matters is the staff and their service. The family room we booked for 2 nights is spacious and has sufficient room to move around. However, the sewer smell is strong. We informed the staff and they rectified it immediately. The next night all good, room very clean. Thank you to staff 呂宝桂, 陈品洋，张新鸿. All 3 of them gave us the best impression, very kind, helpful and have passion for their work. Well done. Tourism industry need you more. For a place to be successful it is not about the facilities, the room but also people who work there.

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay. It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry. The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

Penampilan hotel, fasilitas interior, dan cocok untuk perjalanan orang tua dan anak. Dan perosotan, kolam bola, sudut-sudut kecil tempat Anda dapat menambahkan mobil listrik. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Pasar Malam Lodong, Anda dapat berjalan kaki kembali. Hanya saja, AC ruangannya relatif lemah dan agak lembap. Tempat mandinya agak licin. Jika Anda menginap dengan orang tua, berhati-hatilah. Selamat pagi, rasa teh sore gratis rata-rata. Namun untuk menggerakkan perut, sama sekali tidak ada masalah.
