We felt very welcomed right from the moment we stepped in. Front Counter staff were friendly n helpful. Kudos to 小刘 (Sophie) & 小秋 who were godsend.. They helped us get a driver for the rest of our trip when our original plan turned awry for us. It turns out the new driver arranged by Sophie was another angel who made the rest of the trip most pleasant n unforgettable. Everything was great, from rooms, cleanliness to amenities, free flow of Coffee and tea in the lobby, there is even a 温泉 for guests. Only not so good thing is the breakfast, it's mostly the usual 米线 and local stuff. Its good if u don't mind their local style breakfast food. Overall I am very satisfied with this place. In fact I m staying at the Vienna again in Kunming before I fly back to singapore!! I hope it doesn't disappoint.. Will update in the next review. Highly recommended for a stay in 弥勒！

The location of the hotel is great, but spring facilities were not working 100% only 1 out 3 was used. The front of house service really needs improvement, unfriendly and was not helpful. Room pretty standard hotel style

帶娃來彌勒住悦心源太省心了！入住有歡迎水果，晚上有暖心熱飲，離店還送了伴手禮，總體從入住到遊玩，有需求都能及時迴應。細節滿滿，服務貼心。酒店早餐也豐富，温泉泡池雖然不多，但是很乾凈，泳池水温也適合小朋友，訂的浴缸房，房間空間大，圓浴缸，娃超愛泡，新中式風格拍照也好看，周邊吃飯出行都方便，親子游首選！，是會二刷的寶藏酒店！

Excellent. Value for money. Clean, bright and quiet. Breakfast is excellent too. Plenty of choice. Quite a busy hotel. Booked a vehicle and make a day trip to Luoping.
