We enjoyed two hours of private hot spring time daily, and the Thai massage by a Thai therapist was exceptionally relaxing. Every day, we received complimentary milk and a fruit platter. What touched us most was that the butler was always available, even at midnight, to assist with anything we needed."

There are large gaps around the door, so if someone is talking in the hallway, it sounds like they're in your room. People were still chatting at 11 PM. The gaps under the door also let in a lot of light, which made it hard to sleep, and I woke up feeling completely out of it."

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. "The room felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the door. It was very warm and cozy as I wanted. The facilities and equipment are very new. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The bathing area is also very large. There is also a separate hot spring pool that children like very much. There was also a handsome guy upstairs who helped with luggage. He was very polite and provided good service. What I like most is that there is a swimming pool. It's not big, but there was no one there for the two days we went there.
