"I really can't give this a good review. My main complaints are: only one hot spring pool is open each day, which I can understand—if occupancy is low, there's no need to open all of them, wasting water. But if only one is open, shouldn't that pool be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected? When we went in, it was obvious the pool hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a lot of black grime inside, and it felt slippery and greasy. It was clear they drained the previous day's water and then just put fresh water in. It was truly disgusting. The breakfast was also perfunctory. The rice noodles were okay, but the stir-fried dishes were just sloppy and I don't even want to comment on them. (In short, especially the cleanliness of the hot spring pool—please take this seriously! If only one is open, then you only need to clean that one. The workload isn't that big, so why can't they even scrub it? I've attached photos of the pool below; we used the round one in the middle. See for yourselves—the black grime inside is disgusting.)"

"The room was quite small, and the main problem was the poorly designed bathroom. The shower was outside, and the toilet was inside, so after showering, you had to step in the water to use the toilet. Even using a foot towel as a mat didn't help. The toilet itself was also faulty; the buttons were loose, and the flushing wasn't strong enough. There was hair on the bed, but luckily we brought our own bedding, so we ignored it. The toilet paper was extremely scarce (see photos). When we asked the front desk for more, they only gave us half a pack of tissues. I've never seen such a stingy hotel! They also advertised an outdoor hot spring and a private bath, supposedly rich in sulfur. It was supposed to open at 6 PM, but when we got there, it was just a small pool of about ten square meters on the first floor, the kind without walls, with a few potted plants next to it. The water was hot spring water brought in from elsewhere, cooled down, and then reheated. I've never seen such an outdoor natural hot spring before. Doesn't this contradict the description?"

"I booked this hotel cause all the rooms were non-smoking and I am sensitive to smoke. But as soon as I arrived there was smoke odour in the hallway and there was a musty smoke odour in my room. The reception allowed me to change rooms but then my new room had smoke odour too because of uncles at the end of the hallway with door wide open smoking. The hotel took no action to tell the uncles to stop smoking. They only changed my room which was better this time but the next morning when I was walking down the hallway, it stunk of smoke and I noticed an uncle smoking in their hotel room. The hotel doesn’t enforce their non-smoking policy even though the rooms are non-smoking. So if you are a non-smoker and prefer clean air I recommend to stay away."

"The location is excellent and quiet, just a few hundred meters from the water town and lake, within walking distance, yet not noisy due to tourists. Restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies are nearby. The old town is within two kilometers. Shared electric bikes are available at the entrance. Rooms have hot spring baths with herbal bath ingredients and tea bags; water is unlimited. Breakfast selection is limited but includes a variety of meat, vegetables, and dry/pork options. Front desk and housekeeping services are excellent. The restaurant cook was a bit of a letdown, and the flushing noise in other rooms was a bit loud. The toilet stall was also small and difficult to close the door, but this didn't bother me as I was alone. These minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. It also includes meals and accommodation. The price is affordable, and a drop-off service to the station is provided. Excellent value for money."
