Room are very clean and comfortable. Staffs are kind and call Didi for us on the day back to Shanghai. Cat at hotel is very adorable. Very near the emtrance to the ancient town. Bingsu near hotel is very delicous. Must try.

This time when I came to Zhouzhuang, the homestay I chose was really to my liking! The homestay is located in the Zhouzhuang Ancient Town Scenic Area, with an excellent location. Just a few steps out of the door, you can feel the charm of the water town. Next door is Professor Ruan Yisan's studio, and to the east is the Internet celebrity check-in place ”Huaxiang Yuxiang”, so you can start a beautiful ancient town exploration journey anytime and anywhere. As soon as you step into the homestay, the atmosphere of the Jiangnan water town is instantly full. The lobby is spacious and bright, with antique decorations. The public area is decorated with quaint tables and chairs, and there are many green plants. Occasionally, there are kittens strolling slowly. The courtyard is even more ingenious, with bluestone slabs, wooden doors and windows, and red lanterns, showing the graceful style of Jiangnan everywhere, and taking pictures is especially good. I live in a duplex room with spacious space and good lighting. The room is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer, 24-hour hot water, smart toilet, and exquisite details. The decorative paintings on the wall and the small ornaments on the table are full of atmosphere. The staff here are warm and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, the whole process makes people feel particularly considerate. There are also local special snacks for breakfast, which are salty and fragrant. There are too many fun places around, such as Shen Wansan's former residence, Fu'an Bridge, Shuangqiao, Shen Hall, and Zhang Hall, which have a strong historical charm. Go to see the night view at night. The ancient bridge and flowing water are reflected by the lights, which are so beautiful that they make people intoxicated. Next time I come to Zhouzhuang, I will definitely choose this homestay!

Well, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

I took my high school kid here for a day off at the tail end of the holiday season. It was quick and convenient to get here from Shanghai. When I entered the hotel, I was told that the room type had been upgraded to a double bedroom, which was a real surprise. There were soft drinks and fruits in the room for us to enjoy, a huge sofa, and an exquisite little courtyard (the little snail had afternoon tea with us). It was so much fun to stay there for a day. There is also a granary that we can climb up in the hotel, as well as a Kunqu Opera art exhibition, and egrets by the lake. I especially want to mention the dinner in the hotel. Although it is a set meal, every dish is delicious. I look forward to coming again next time. It's great!

We booked Alanruo at short notice. I didn't expect that there were surprises everywhere. The butler service was very considerate. From the welcome tea to choosing your favorite bath products, the nightly service was attentive and thoughtful. We arrived at the hotel late, and they helped to pack the afternoon tea and send it to the room. The various small items and mini bars in the room were free and very complete. We tried the coconut chicken hot pot at the hotel for dinner. It was delicious and the quantity was very large. Both of us were full. The whole hotel is in Southeast Asian style. The holiday feeling is full. I will come back to relax when the weather is warmer. Oh, the hotel is in Jijiadun Ideal Village. The whole village is very pet-friendly. There is everything you need to eat, drink and have fun. It is very suitable for bringing cats and dogs at home to play!

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

After all, it is a newly opened store. I wanted to check it out. At the beginning, I kept a try-it attitude. There was a problem that the takeaway robot could not go upstairs. Fortunately, the efficiency and awareness of solving problems here are very high. The two girls and a boy at the front desk solved the problem. The service attitude is very good. The location is close to the popular shopping mall of Mixc Golden Eagle. It is worth a try.

The hotel is probably the only non-private homestay in Zhouzhuang Scenic Area. The service is first-class and super good. Before coming, I specifically called WeChat to guide the nearest drop-off point for the scenic area, and then the waiter came to pick me up. When I left, he personally helped to carry the luggage to the exit where it was convenient for taking the bus. The hotel is a century-old building, which is well maintained. The rooms are all antique designs with modern elements (Dyson hair dryers, Kohler bath facilities). The beauty at the front desk also enthusiastically helped to take photos and check in, leaving the ancient elements everywhere in the hotel. It was a very, very perfect journey.

The hotel is surrounded by lakes and streams, has a parking lot, and has a water town-style house appearance. The location is good and very close to Shen Hall, a tourist attraction in Zhouzhuang. The environment inside is also very good, with the characteristics of the historical buildings in the ancient town. This time the room had a balcony. Outside the balcony is the view of South Lake. The scenery outside the room is unparalleled. The queen bed is on the soft side, with a pair of soft pillows and a pair of slightly harder pillows. The quilt is slightly thick and the day is a bit hot at 20°C. The bathing area is spacious and the hot water is comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo are also good. There is breakfast but it is relatively simple, including porridge + side dishes + small meat buns + eggs and fruits, one serving per person. If you go to Zhouzhuang to recommend accommodation, just call the front desk if you have any questions. The service staff will help solve the problem in time. It is suitable for a short stay.

The whole town has been planned as a whole, and it feels like a paradise. You can go boating, cycling, and daydreaming. The owner of the famous hotel is an engineer himself. All the details of the hotel are perfect. The service is also family-style, with chess and cards, karaoke. There are also barbecues and table meals in the evening, which taste good and are all produced by the owner's own farm. It is a good choice for family gatherings and small gatherings with friends.
