I went to Kunshan and booked the Kachen Hotel. The hotel has just opened and the facilities are very new, the layout is very warm and the facilities are very complete. The service is especially good, from the reception on the ground floor to the check-in in the lobby to the room service. We found the location where we would come when we checked in and arranged for a lobby manager to pick us up at the intersection.
