Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice). The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance). Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.

住過該這酒店很多次，硬件環境衞生價格都很好，就是前台男性服務員服務態度很差，非常差，是我見過的凱里酒店服務行業裏最差的前台客服，建議好好整改。

因為房間朝向有要求，問前台能不能升級。前台小姐姐幫忙升級了一個樓層比較高的房間，採光比較好，酒店的早餐也不錯，挺好吃的。整體來講，體驗感是很棒的，下次還會再來。 退房了之後，因為下午還有事，臨時走不開，酒店同意延長停車的時間，特別感謝
