"Got a room upgrade so my room was huge. Place was very clean, had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location was on a side street from a major road, so the hotel was quiet but still convenient if you want to take the bus or if you want can walk around 15 minutes to the shopping malls and night street food market. Fast wifi and free washer on the 7th floor too. Just let reception know when you leave hotel for the day and they will clean your room daily, they will remind you to do so during checkin! Very friendly staff from all those on the front desk, to the cleaners. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Kaili city."

"Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

"Back in Kaili for another business trip, and when I was looking through my old bookings to remember hotels, I chose this one again. I remembered how friendly the front desk staff were; it felt like a friend was waiting for me. 🥰 The hotel's location is excellent. I walked there from the high-speed rail station with my suitcase, and it only took ten minutes. Right across from the hotel, there's a bus stop, making it easy to get to the city center. However, I opted for a taxi because it only costs 10 yuan to get to the municipal government building. The bus route involves a short walk, which the front desk lady actually told me about – she said only locals know that trick! [sneaky smile] The hotel is clean and tidy, and the organized setup looks very comfortable. Their hot water is more stable and plentiful than most hotels. The facilities are also complete, with a desk, chair, toothbrushes, towels, and toilet seat covers. When I came back today, I noticed a small detail: there’s a little 'press' label on the shampoo and shower gel dispensers. That's great attention to detail! The environment is decent. The room type I'm in is at the back, and the front desk lady mentioned that it's quieter because it faces the parking lot. When you enter the room, there's a bit of an odd corner, but it doesn't affect the stay. She explained it very well. [handshake] The breakfast is simple but fresh. The porridge, eggs, rice noodles, and noodles with fragrant soup are excellent value for money, perfect for us business travelers. Especially convenient is how easy it is to get an invoice – just communicate with the front desk."

"I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near water, and to be out of the main town (Kaili) - that said, this hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Kaili South Station.... You can't drive to the door of the hotel, so use a map app to help you walk to the hotel from where your taxi drops you off (don't worry, you won't walk far). The hotel has a lovely courtyard, big bright rooms and you can go to the roof to over look the river and parts of Xiasi Old Town. For breakfast when I was there the selection was sour noodles, congee, boiled eggs and pickled cucumber."

The breakfast was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared, nutritionally balanced, and incredibly tasty—I was completely satisfied every day. The overall environment was clean and elegant, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. Whether it was relaxing in the water or enjoying a relaxing stay, it was perfectly balanced. The price was incredibly reasonable, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. A truly unconditional recommendation!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village Scenic Area, about 1.5 kilometers away, a quick two to three-minute drive. This is a big plus because it allows you to avoid the crowds and noise inside the scenic area. More importantly, you don't have to haul your luggage onto a tourist shuttle and then search for your hotel with all your bags. The hotel service is excellent. If you want to go to the scenic area, the owner will drive you to the North Gate. After you're done exploring, you can call, and the owner will pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. This service is truly outstanding. The hotel is newly built. While the rooms aren't huge, the facilities are brand new and very clean. There's a restaurant at the hotel, and the owner makes delicious sour soup beef. Breakfast isn't elaborate, quite simple actually, but the taste is pretty good. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended."
