Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

More importantly, you don't have to haul your luggage onto a tourist shuttle and then search for your hotel with all your bags. The hotel service is excellent. If you want to go to the scenic area, the owner will drive you to the North Gate. After you're done exploring, you can call, and the owner will pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. This service is truly outstanding. The hotel is newly built. While the rooms aren't huge, the facilities are brand new and very clean. There's a restaurant at the hotel, and the owner makes delicious sour soup beef. Breakfast isn't elaborate, quite simple actually, but the taste is pretty good. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended."

Every time I stay, there's a book on the nightstand, which is a nice touch for some leisurely reading. The hotel really excels in all the little details, making me feel secure and well-cared for. "We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Kaili for a family trip to Southeast Guizhou with our kids, and it was truly warm and thoughtful. They specifically arranged a spacious room, giving the kids plenty of space to run around. The toiletries were Peter Thomas Roth, which gave us peace of mind regarding quality. On the first floor, there's a kids' DIY craft area, and our little one had an absolute blast there. The breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with staples like noodles and milk, as well as local glutinous rice and sour soup noodles – a great variety of flavors. The staff were gentle and friendly, and they proactively gave small gifts to the children. The location is convenient for getting around, and the room was quiet and peaceful.
