When you arrive at the entrance of Hongcun, the store will pull a trolley to pick you up, because the road in Hongcun is not very friendly to the suitcase. The hotel is very close to the moon marsh. The room is clean and tidy, very new, the store service attitude is very good, and we are sent out of the village when we leave. We stayed for two days. Sleeping at night is also quiet, and the air conditioning is also powerful. Forgot to take pictures, haha, very satisfied

The first time I lived in a house with 200 years of history! Parts of it looks like a museum, but the rooms are modernized in a nice way! Seriously, it looks like a fancy tea place or a private mansion, never expected a hotel like this! The owner lady was very nice, showed the way to the place (navigation in the village is a bit difficult for a newcomer) and helped to change the room to a single bed when heard that my friend was not coming. Very friendly approach! I would recommend this place to anyone, who would like to get an authentic experience of Hongcun village!

The scenic spot is not big and easy to find. There is a very beautiful small courtyard, which is very quiet at night. The room is just like the photo, the furniture is made of solid wood, the hot water is very good, and there is a bay window where you can sit and watch the rain in the courtyard. Breakfast was at a restaurant with a high rating next door, and there was a cute cat. Prices are very cheap in the village. The bad thing is that the smell of grilled sausages from the opposite side comes to the yard.

The Homestay is located not far from two of the entrances to the village of Hongcun, and one of the owners came and picked us up at the gates, and offered to carry our luggage. The house is very real, they have three lovely pets and are extremely welcoming and helpful. I speak a little Chinese so communication was fairly easy, but with the translation apps I guess it would be as easy. The owner was kind to explain a couple of things about the village and to give us helpful informations on our trip to Huangshan of the following day. She even made a phone call to ensure we could buy tickets at the departure of the cable cars. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is what we were looking for. The location of the B&B is easy to find. It is not far from the south gate entrance of Hongcun Scenic Area, and Nanhu Lake is right outside. You can also see many views of Hongcun from the terrace. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the utensils inside are very good and reasonably designed. The boss and his wife are very considerate in service. They helped to carry the luggage upstairs and helped to book a car to the high-speed rail station. I am very satisfied.

It was an unforgettable stay. Mobaili is located in the prime location of Xidi Ancient Town. After entering the scenic spot, it is on the left side of the archway. It is very convenient to enter and exit. The interior of the homestay is fully equipped, clean and tidy. The rooms are all landscape rooms. The scenery outside the window is picturesque. There is also an oversized viewing platform on the top floor. You can watch the sun rise and the moon fall. It is really great value to choose Mobaili! The boss was warm and courteous to pick up and drop off the tram. The proprietress Lu Lu was young and beautiful, gentle and pleasant. She took the initiative to introduce the play and dining matters in the scenic area, saving her own research strategy. If it weren't for the follow-up itinerary, I really wanted to stay for a few more days. Especially recommended for the light and shadow show next to the credit square at night (see the video attached), colorful light and shadow hit the mottled wall, near the front alley pedestrians walking, as if time shuttle ～

It was 6:15 in the morning that we sent us to the scenic spot, and it was also the sister who brought me a trekking pole when we sent our suitcase to the station! There is no requirement for me to give praise. The room is clean and tidy and smart, the design is very user-friendly, completely unexpected. Quiet little villa, you can swing, and docile dogs. I am very happy to come to this place far from the city. I have a chance to meet here. I have a good time here. I hope I have a chance to come again later!

My stay at Shangshan Ruoshui Hotel this time was beyond my expectations🏨It's very close to the center of the scenic spot but very quiet. The boss and his wife were very kind and picked us up in a car. The weather was very hot and they turned on the air conditioning for us in advance. The room was simple and clean. I own a hotel. 🏨Their hygiene standards can reach 5️⃣🌟! The proprietress personally prepared breakfast for us🥣👍 and recommended delicious and inexpensive restaurants to us. She also prepared souvenirs when we left. Dad said if it snows, ask the landlady to call in advance. We will still stay here👏👏👏

The B&B is very close to the south entrance of the scenic spot. You can park your car in the south gate parking lot and walk there in a few minutes. Next to it is Nanhu Lake, and you can reach the center of the scenic spot just by walking out of the B&B. The courtyard is very clean, with exquisite and beautiful decoration. The four of us booked a duplex room, and the two large beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Before checking in, the boss turned on the air conditioner for us in advance and came to the parking lot to pick up our luggage. He also sent it to the parking lot when we returned, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our suitcases. The breakfast is quite rich, light and filling. After visiting Huangshan for a few days, I ate too much Huizhou food. The food cooked by the hostess of the B&B is delicious. Any stir-fry is delicious. The stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled cabbage are especially delicious, and the homemade tofu is also very fragrant. .

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.
