Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality – A Hidden Gem in Luoyang! My husband and I had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Luoyang. The location is excellent—close to the metro yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, making it convenient yet relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff’s genuine warmth and attentiveness. They didn’t just meet our needs—they went far beyond with heartfelt service. For example, when we asked to reheat our takeaway food, they not only did so gladly but also presented it beautifully on a plate and delivered it to our room like complimentary room service. Another time, we forgot our clothes in the dryer, and the staff didn’t just collect them—they pressed and neatly hung everything in our room! These small but thoughtful gestures made us feel incredibly well taken care of. If you’re looking for a place with great location, clean and spacious rooms, and service that comes from the heart, we couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. It’s the kind of hospitality that turns a good trip into a truly special one!

It's located exactly inside the ancient city.... the hotel also provide us free pick up service from railway station and also arrange car send us to airport after check-out... the room is spacious and clean... interior design is good too... the exterior hotel is ancient heritage design & interior room is modern like design.... price is very reasonable too... just around 15min walk to the famous Shizi Street Food Night Market...it's food heaven must go.... highly recommended... 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah, sehingga memudahkan transportasi. Sanitasi cukup bersih, dan saya puas dengan semuanya. Saya kurang puas dengan sarapannya. Saya memesan untuk menginap tiga malam, dan paketnya sudah termasuk dua sarapan per hari. Saat check-in, saya ingin menambahkan sarapan, tetapi diberitahu bahwa sarapan tersebut baru tersedia keesokan harinya saat sarapan, dan harganya 9,9. Saya mengonfirmasinya dua kali. Keesokan harinya, ketika saya mencoba menambahkan kupon sarapan, resepsionis mengubahnya menjadi 19,9. Saya harus menggunakan pembelian grup untuk mendapatkannya seharga 9,9. Pantas saja mereka menolaknya ketika saya memintanya, dan mereka menunggu saya membayar 19,9!
