我習慣進房間先摸桌角和洗手枱邊緣，這家真的沒擦出灰。衞生間地漏乾淨無水漬，浴巾蓬鬆有陽光曬過的味道，對於我這種潔癖者來説太友好了。 設施：新開的酒店性價比超高 衞生：衞生很好 環境：環境好 服務：服務超棒

The hotel was clean but there didn't seem to be enough staff at reception, I was kept waiting for more than 10 mins even though there wasn't a queue, The laundry room was good apart from the fact they hid the detergent under the sink and no one knew exactly where it was. Their breakfast time was also only 2 hours, whereas every other hotel I stayed at was 3 hours.

Receptionist is too irritating asking useless questions..she took around 45 minutes just for question answer…even immigration department don’t ask such things…and that was not sufficient so she even came to our room to enquire further…I agree that they have their duty but this was beyond level…you must train your receptionist..

I was pleased with this hotel: it was comfortable, the breakfast was diversified and good quality, plus the staff were super helpful: from changing rooms on account of a lingering accent of smoke, to organising an early morning packed breakfast for when I went sight-seeing. I certainly would stay here again.

前台服務還算可以，但是大廳內不讓抽煙，我們接受，但是別人在抽煙就可以，桌子上都是煙灰就行？當時應該是酒店經理在現場，也不出來解釋，反正就是一副你愛住不住的態度，反正你已經退房了，我不求着你的態度！我是華住鉑金會員，我很少給差評！這次算是看到了！有問題現場管理者應該第一時間要向客户解釋，不要站在哪裡一副無所謂的樣子！
